A Simple Walk (Germancest Fluff/ Slightly Lime)A Simple Walk (Germancest Fluff/ Slightly Lime)5 months ago in Romance More Like This
It was finally spring, one of Ludwig Beilshmidt’s favorite seasons. The birds flew through the air while singing their songs and the trees bore bright colors as their buds lit up the sky. It was decided that he wasn’t going to waste this perfect weather cooped up inside. So, he leashed up his dogs, slipped on a thin jacket and headed out.
“Hey Vest! Vait up!” Ludwig stopped at the mention of his nickname his older brother, Gilbert, had given him. He turned to see his brother stumbling slightly towards the door, struggling to zip up his hoodie. Before he ended up falling on his brother, Ludwig took him by the shoulders and steadied him. “Vhat do you vant bruder?” The blonde German asked, slightly annoyed. Once he had his hoodie zipped, Gilbert shot a bright smile at his brother. “I vanted to go on a valk vith jou!” His older brothers bright enthusiasm in whatever he was doing caused a light pink dust to cross Ludwig’s f
Forbidden (FrUK)Arthur glanced around the small square and readjusted his hood around his head. Even though this was a small border town, there was always the chance that someone would recognize him as the Bastard Prince of England. Being the youngest of the Royal Family though, not to mention a bastard, gave him some freedom which he used to travel the land, away from the suffocatingly cold atmosphere of his father's castle. But his escapades were more escapes, and either his father or his brothers always came looking for him in the end.Forbidden (FrUK)10 months ago in Romance More Like This
As he was glancing around, he took his eyes off the path ahead of him and consequently ran into someone. Being smaller, he was knocked to the ground. He quickly scrambled up and fixed his hood yet again- the blasted thing had fallen off his head when he fell.
"I'm terribly sorry about that, I wasn't looking where I was going..." he quickly said to the other person
"Ai-" There was a surprised gasp, and the person standing in front of Arthur looked down at himself, as
A Day Out (FrUK)England sat alone at his table in his study, piles of paperwork surrounding him on all sides. It was barely 7:30 in the morning, and yet the green-eyed nation was already hard at work, and had been for the past hour or so. And there was still so much to do. Judging from the stacks, he would be sitting at the desk all day and well into the night.A Day Out (FrUK)2 years ago in Romance More Like This
He thought he heard the front door open and then close softly, but he dismissed it as a trick of his mind and took another sip of tea. The door to his study was open, however, so he didn't hear the soft steps of the other person in the room until said person placed a hand on his shoulder and laid a single rose on top of the form he was currently filling out. England went stiff as the person leaned close to him.
"Bonjour, Angleterre." a smooth, accented voice whispered into his ear.
England shot up immediately, spinning around to face the other country. "France, you bloody frog, what the hell are you doing here?!" he snapped, rubbing at h
An Unusual Bouquet (USUK)As soon as Alfred saw the bouquet, he knew he had to get it for Arthur. His English boyfriend would most likely murder him in a very painful and possibly public way, but he couldn't resist getting it. He found it online, but luckily there were still two weeks to Valentine's Day so there was only a slim chance that it wouldn't get there on time.An Unusual Bouquet (USUK)7 months ago in Romance More Like This
He quickly ordered it and then sat back in his wheely chair, spinning on it triumphantly. He got dizzy after a while so he stopped, but the grin stayed on his face. He deleted his browser history, knowing that Arthur might check it later. Then he had over half an hour to kill before Arthur came home and upon some consideration decided to just make dinner to save them some time later.
He had just finished setting the table and had put the kettle on when he heard the door open and close. "Artie!" he cried, whirling to face him with a smile.
"Good evening, Alfred." Arthur responded, setting down his messenger bag and hanging up his coat before movi

Not that he didn't have the time- he was actually quite busy with his free time these past few days. No, he had plenty of time to think.
He just couldn't do it.
It was times like these when he'd try to go to bed, and he'd find that he just couldn't sleep.
His eyes just wouldn't stay closed, his body wouldn't stay still long enough for sleep to come.
He could sleep just fine during meetings, but when it came to putting his head on the pillow it just didn't work. He was too restless- he felt there was something he still needed to do, something that if he could just get it done this whole problem with be solved.
He tried cleaning, tried reading, tried redoing every single one of his papers twice from scratch... he'd done nothing but kept himself busy 'till morning. He was more exhausted than the previous day, but the strange, suffocating feeling in his chest would not leave him be.
He wasn't ill- he'd filled out mental forms
