i absolutely adore this girl. i am definitely going to have to make another just so i can keep it for myself, hahaha.
crocheted with 3mm hook she is made of beige and cream acrylic yarn the cream yarn has been brushed to give it a fuzzy effect she is completely handcrafted from head to toe and includes black button eyes, embroidered mouth and nose, stitched floral fabric and felt detailing. she's sporting a handmade lace bow, a cheeky bow embellishment carefully hand stitched onto the side of her bottom and a cute little jingle bell. her cheeks and inside of her paws have also been blushed but it's hard to see in these photographs.
overall she took around fifteen hours to complete.
he's currently sitting on the shelf attempting to woo my bella, the little charmer.
crocheted with 3mm hook 100% premium acrylic yarn he's handmade from head to toe with a handmade pompom tail (look at the size of that baby!) and embroidered mouth and nose he's embellished with some gorgeous red, gold and silver metallic fabric, white felt, brown safety eyes, rhinestones, sequins, a single button and a little black and red velour bow tie. he, like the rest of these plushies, stands approx 4 inches high.
a little kappa i made for as part of an art trade. i'm not sure i like how he came out and there are a few things i'll probably change if i ever make another one (like the blush gah). but he was so much fun to create regardless!
crocheted with 3mm hook 100% acrylic yarn approx 4 inches tall he's handmade from head to toe, with painted cheeks, little felt feet, a hand embroidered felt heart applique, a felt and button flower on his backside, ribbon, rhinestone and floral fabric embellishments.
first of all, thank you ever so much to everyone who gave time to offer their input on the fabric choice. as you can see, the red and blue worked absolutely beautifully. i really need to trust my first instinct more!
secondly, thank you to ~tomomi-mizuna-tio the blue and white button on the bunny's foot is from a bunch of buttons she sent me, and i think you'll all agree with me when i say it really helps to tie the whole colour scheme together.
and third and finally, this is officially the first tea party pal up for sale!

here's little freddy, an amigurumi fennec fox created for my lovely friend ~osokito as my half of our second art trade.
he turned out a little sweetheart in the end, after giving me so much grief in the crochet process. i had to re-do his body and legs twice, bleh. he has a wee handmade bow tie with a little 'made with love' heart charm pendant. super soft mango coloured minky on his footpads and a gigantic tail slightly brushed on the end to make it fuzzy. :3
