Silent Night-PruCanChecking his watch for the fifth time in just five minutes, Gilbert gave a little start. Nearly seven in the evening, Matthew should be coming to join him soon. He paced, digging himself a nice trench through the snow covered ground. This night always made him nervous, it was such a big deal to Matthew. Not that he would ever come out and say that directly, always hiding how he truly felt but Gilbert knew. This night meant more to him then all the other nights of the year, which Gilbert found rather odd but he didnt questioned it. Once again he checked his watch, only one minute having passed and he jumped feeling something wet hit his cheek. Looking up to the cloudy night sky that had a twinge of orange to it he saw it was snowing lightly again. That was good, in fact it was perfect, he thought relaxing just a little bit. Even though he could very much do without the powdery precipitation, Matthew lived for the stuff. One more glance at his watch as he continued to pa

An assortment of blue jeans, slacks, tee shirts, collared shirts and hoodies spilled out of the upturned laundry basket onto the floor of the closet. Matthew managed to smile briefly at his handiwork, before frowning and ripping the tie from around his neck. Throwing it angrily into the mix, he begun to take off the suit jacket so that it could join as well. Usually, Matthew preferred order and neatness but he didnt care today, thats why he had kick the basket over in the first place. What did it matter anyway? Its not like someone is going to notice, they never notice anything having to do with him. The others had always been that way and probably always would be, he thought angrily walking out into the main room to get a change of clothes.

Gilbert talks about his little Birdie so much, he won't let him be forgotten. At least, he won't let Germany and Italy forget him.
Mathew sighed, shoving his hands into the pockets of his red hoodie. He'd been called here by Ludwig because Gilbert had been acting...strange. Apparently, he hadn't come out of his room all day. Now, the normal Gilbert Beilshmidt would be dropping by any and every countries home to, as he would so humbly put it, 'grace all of the unawesome people with his awesome presence.' So, this was definitely not the norm for the loud Prussian. Of course, it was the middle of January, so it had been below zero almost the entire day, not like it really bothered the Canadian. He'd experienced far worse winters. But, the thing was, he'd flown into Germany from Florida, since his brother had insisted on dragging him down from his comfo

Valentine’s Day was less than a week away, and Prussia had no idea what to do for his boyfriend of one month to celebrate. A person as wonderful as Canada deserved much more than a store-bought card or a box of chocolates or a bouquet of roses. No, whatever Prussia decided to do, it would have to be totally unique and mind-blowingly awesome.
Not that Canada was the sort of person who would blow up at him if he didn’t do anything to celebrate. In fact, he would probably be totally okay if they didn’t do anything. But in Prussia’s mind, there was no way that he would let Birdie get away without knowing just how much he meant to the ex
To Lose a Canadian: PruCanIt was much too early for this. Gilbert cracked one red eye open and quickly closed it again. Gilbert groaned, not wanting to venture from beneath the deep red down comforter but not wanting to go back to sleep without his favourite fiancé to cuddle with. He knew it was a tendency of the Canadian to steal all of the top blanket and huddle in some obscure corner of the bed. All Gilbert had to do was find him.
Now finding a person on a bed shouldn’t be that hard but this bed was special. Matthew had wanted just a normal bed, one big enough for the two of them with modest pricing and accented with modest blankets. He regretting ever letting Gilbert accompany him to the store. Matthew stared wide eyed at the student at the doorframe. The teen walked up to Matthew and opened his arms. "Well? Aren't you going to at least say 'hi' to one of your best friends after ten long fucking years?" Matthew blinked before smiling widely (Which he hasn't done in a long time Author might add) and jumped into the Italian's arm. 'It is! It's Lovino!' Matthew thought brightly, and wrapped his skinny arms around his best friend.
Yes, in elementary school, Matthew had three best friends. Abel Morgens, the tough looking guy from Netherlands, Lovino Vargas, a potty mouth kid from Italy (Even though Matthew doesn't mind his language.) and Gilbert Beilschmidt from Germany. And Matthew was close with all of them…not the same could be said about each other, and it was funny when Lovino, Abel, and Gilbert would fight over who's Matthew's best friend. Until both Abel and Lovino had to go back to their home country. Leaving Gilbert to be Matthew's best friend. Look how THAT turned out.
