Smiling to yourself slightly, you knocked on the door, hoping he would be there. When you were sure you heard a whisper telling to come in, you opened the door and stepped inside the classroom. You looked around, not noticing anybody.
"Hello?" you asked. "Is anyone here?"
"I'm right here, (_y/n_)." the same whisper-like voice said. You turned towards the voice's direction and saw a certain quiet Ethics teacher sitting at his desk, waving sheepishly and with a small smile. You blushed from embarrassment.
You had a huge crush on him, yet you didn't always notice him immediately. At least you noticed him at all, unlike other students. What's worse was that the poor guy ended up teaching the subject no one cared about. Poor, unfortunate soul.
"I'm so sorry about that, Mr. Williams!" you exclaimed, the guilt rushing in you. He laughed slightly, used to that sort of thing happening.
"It's fine, (_y/n_), really." he said, his voice reaching a normal tone (though we all know there's still the

You sat quietly, your head resting against the side of the building you reclined against. You were waiting for your elder brother to come out of some random store in some random mall that didn't seem to exist. So here you waited for what seemed like hours for your derpy brother to come back. The streets were busy and you couldn't help but feel bothered as many people looked at you as if you were homeless. That was just rude. Meanwhile, some guy kept on looking at you and then when you looked up to glare at the man, he just kept up his staring. Strange, usually people couldn't handle your evil glare of death.
"What did he fly all the way to Canada to go buy some Canadian bacon???" you huffed angrily.
You got up and made your way down the sidewalk, dodging annoying couples, barking dogs, and just bothersome little kids. You rolled your eyes. Typical. Your brother was standing in front of a stand selling caramel rice krispy treats. Mentally facepalming, you went back to where you'd been s

I'm not sure why; I guess it's because we're both so shy and so we don't say much.
It's alright though; between the two of us, we don't need to say much. We just kind of look at each other and know what the other is thinking.
So we have a lot of conversations that I guess someone on the outside would call telepathic. It's not accurate, but it's the best way I could describe it.
One day, Matthew came over to my house and saw me surfing the web.
"Hey, _______. What are you looking up?" he asked.
No telepathy yet, but give it a sec.
"The northern lights." I told him simply.
Still not there.
"Oh." he replied.
"Yeah. You know, one time I actually saw them from my own house. I could only see green, but it was such a beautiful, rare experience that I never forgot it."
Almost there people. Be patient.
He smiled. "That sounds really nice." he told me. So what you're saying is you'd like to see it again.
I smiled back. "Yeah."

It was early fall on campus where you sat beneath the tall maple in the courtyard. It's shedding leaves had plastered to the bench around you. There was just a big enough gap in the wet leaves for you to sit down comfortably. The chilly air turned your ears and nose a dusty pink. Your breath was also visible, clouding your view of the letter you were writing.
You were writing to him again. Your cold knuckles held your notebook and pencil and you wrote nervously, responding to the one he had sent you over a month ago. It seemed like forever since you two talked. With school starting up again, everything seemed like a struggle. You tucked the pencil behind your ear and slipped his now crumpled letter out from your (jacket type) jacket. Scanning your eyes over the handwritten note once more made the chill of autumn disappear, being replaced with the joy of his words.
Without knowing, a smile had spread across your face thinkin

"Is it done yet!?" You whined, peeking over your bestfriend's shoulder as he mixed the batter.
"(Y/N)! I told you, it takes a while!" He blonde said, imitating your tone, but quieter. In response, you stuck your tongue out at him and turned around, about to leave when one of the kids came running in and tackled your legs. Playing along, you fell backwards and crashed into your friend Matthew, who in turn dumped the sticky mixture of batter everywhere.

You, ____ ____ are sitting in the park on a bench sketching something on a notepad and listening to music. You Sigh. It was really quiet around here. You noticed somone comming up to you and glanced to see your best friend Matthew Williams the personification of Canada. You knew most of the contries and were quite freaked out by the three who called themselves the Bad Touch Trio. You shuddered in memory.
Matthew smiled and waved. You tood your headphones and smiled back. "Hey [name]!" Matthew said and blushed. Your hair was a bit ruffled but it looked really cute to him. "Hey Matthew. There was a loud banging noise that you presumed was the front door; boisterous stomping down the hallway and incoherent words were thrown around as your husband dropped his suitcase on the kitchen table. There were dark circles forming under his eyes and stress lines were more apparent on his pale face.
He slumped into his armchair in the living room and began unraveling the newspaper that he picked up from the driveway, you on the other hand, were standing in the kitchen as all of the commotion happened, worried for your husband as his mood grew more sour each day.
You wanted to help, but you hadn't the slightest clue as to why he was so upset. He never complains about work, his brother Alfred hasn't bothered you two in a while, hell, he just got a raise!
"So, what's the big deal grumpy-butt?" you asked as you leaned on the back of his armchair. Arthur sighed distastefully and flipped the page of his newspaper saying,

You ran as fast as your little legs could carry you, and when he finally turned around and flashed you a smile, you were happy.
"Hello [Name]. How are you doing?" he asked sweetly, his voice soft and reassuring.
"I'm great Mattie! We should go to the park! Mama said it is a beautiful day today!" you exclaimed, jumping up and down and barely able to contain your excitement.
"Oh alright [Nickname]! Since I promised before…let’s go to the park!"
As your mothers walked behind the two of you chatting about what parents chat about, you held Canada's hand. At first he blushed at the close contact, they he quickly loosened up and flashed you a smile.
"Miss [Last Name]."
You sit up immediately, realizing you had just fallen asleep in class...how embarrassing...
"I would prefer it if you kept your eyes open when I teach my lesson Miss [Last Name]," your teacher snapped sharply.
"I-I apologize Ma’am; I didn't get enough-"
"No excuses. Detent
