"Well, they are all loaded and ready to go," said Jeffreys as he surveyed the freshly packed cattle cars.
"Yes. You must have had quite a time squeezing them in there," said Broadman.
Sam Broadman was a livestock rancher in remote Pesborn County, Kansas. His ranch had had its ups and downs over the last twenty years, with the last economic downturn nearly running him out of business. Sam was glad to have had the sense to hire a biological research engineer a few years earlier in case he had to switch to agriculture. The engineer had developed what was first thought to be a terrific new soil fertilizer with properties that would enable the crops to produce natural insecticides and weed poison. Lab tests at the local agricultural school showed no cancerous or disease causing effects when the crops were exposed to human tissue. However, exposure to the experimental plants ca
Mini-story: P-PopBecca winced from the sound of the concert as she held her lapel and credentials up to the security guard. "I'm here to interview Candice Marino." "She just started a second encore so she won't be with you for a while," he said. He may have been gruff but he was courteous enough. Becca thanked him and walked into the backstage area. There were cables and large metal luggage cases all over and technicians were hurrying around to keep the show going smoothly. Becca could hear a few complaining as she ran past her.
"I can't believe they're making us stay here for a second encore," one man said to the other. "This show is huge and we can't just keep it going on a dime."
"I don't know why you're so surprised. I expected this," his companion said. "Besides, you see how big that crowd is. If we didn't keep working, she'd probably have whipped them into a m

Superheroin name: "Aingeal dar data Coir". Also known as "Celtic Angel"
Alias: Alice O'Keefe
She is sweet and kind but hates bullies and tries to help those in need. She fights her enemies with a strong sense of morality and will rush to the aid of any and all of her friends if they are in danger, making her more a guardian of peace rather than a weapon of vengeance.
Alice is a skilled pilot and engineer for a secret military group but after the death of her mother, she discovered the ancient "Stone of Aideen". Her first weapon is the sword of Etain. It collects and focuses the light of the sun and emits a blast of energy which c
Mini-story: Now I RememberCarolyn hummed and whistled to herself as she paced around her kitchen, letting her belly lead the way. Today she decided not to try and cover her pregnant bump up very much. Whenever she looked down at her stomach or gazed at her swollen belly in the mirror, Carolyn felt a rush of joy and pride. It wasn't just that she loved the shine pregnancy had given her skin or how she managed to carry such a large belly without getting any stretch marks, but she loved how her belly made her look. Carolyn loved the massive curve it gave her. And when Carolyn couldn't find any of her maternity clothes in the morning, she decided to let her stomach hang out and proud.Mini-story: Now I Remember4 months ago in Sketches More Like This
The pregnancy added onto what was already a very sexy body. Carolyn was buxom, blonde, and breathtakingly beautiful. She wore her head long and feathered, reaching down to her ample breasts, which were nearly as obvious in her shirt as her belly. Pregnancy had added onto her good looks, swelling out her bust and butt, while also givin
Commission: Huge is the New OrangeJackie tried not to make too much commotion as she slowly walked forward. The “slowly” part wasn’t really up to her though. The three full-term fetuses inside her womb were responsible for that. Jackie hadn’t noticed too many other women she was transported with who were pregnant, which surprised her a bit. She let out a little groan as she paced to the side to angle her head out of the line.Commission: Huge is the New Orange5 months ago in Settings More Like This
“You!” one of the guards shouted, walking over to her. Jackie looked at her with shock when she saw the guard was pregnant. She had on the usual blue and grey uniform with the "Bryceson MediTech Corp" logo on the right shoulder, though it was unbuttoned at the bottom and a tank-top was pulled over the rest of her large, round belly. “DeBallo, no stepping out of line.”
“Sorry,” Jackie said, lowering her head and pacing back into line. The guard chuckled and adjusted her tinted sunglasses as she began patrolling the line again
How to think about a character's background (VTM)Dear young ones, I hear some people have issues thinking about the background of their characters, so here I am giving you some ideas and starting treads for you to start have a well rounded fleshed out character. How to think about a character's background (VTM)1 year ago in Sketches More Like This
I'll help you out with a random character as an example.
After talking to my ST about the world and the theme where we're going to play, it has been decided it's going to be a fairly epic game set in England, in the UK. I can go either way Camarilla or Sabbat.
First, I must think about the kind of character I'll be playing. Will "it" be a social, mental or physical character ? Will it be international or local ? So many questions.
A good friend also hinted that thinking about fictional characters would be helpful. Be mindful of not taking the whole full character, as fictional characters suck at being "Playable", but rather a few specific points; the fact that the guy from Heavy Rain lost one o
The Stork's Nest Pt. 1Yalda strode into the director’s office. He looked up quickly from his computer, then turned to a keypad on his desk, hitting a few buttons. A quiet but perceptible whirring started. He turned to Yalda and smiled, crossing his arms on the table. The Stork's Nest Pt. 11 year ago in Profiles More Like This
“Agent Isa, hello,” he said.
“Captain,” Yalda nodded, standing straight with her hands behind her back. “We’re alone?”
“We are now,” the captain said, unlocking his desk cabinet and putting a manila envelope on the table. “This is an assignment of the upmost secrecy and importance. Have you heard of The Stork?”
“The Stork,” Yalda repeated to herself. “Only rumors. It’s the alias or codename for an organization that’s been found in connection to gangs, dictators, and terrorist groups across the globe.”
“Not rumors, and not an organization,” the captain said sternly. “One person, funneling billions into one big slush fund.

The innkeeper had his face buried in his hands while the rest inside, his family and some of the other grateful townsfolk, watched in utter shock. They were all speechless and the inn was full of only the sound of smacking lips and clinking ceramics.
"Ahh," Yung-Lae finally sighed, placing the last bowl she was using on the table. She had a big smile on her face and put her fist in her other palm, nodding toward the crowd. "Thank you so much for your hospitality."
"Of course," the innkeeper's wife grumbled, walking over to the table with the rest of the inn's staff. The table that normally would sit the entire town's leadership and their families was covered in empty plates and bowls as the pleased Yung-Lae sat in the middle, all by herself.
"I should have just let the bandits do what they wanted," the innkeeper bemoaned to himself. "They'd have taken less of my food than this woman."
Yung-Lae placed her hands onto the table and slowly started to stand up, which got almost as much gawk

Molly crossed her arms and looked around anxiously, trying to ignore all the eyes on her. But of course, nearly everyone who walked past Molly as she leaned against the depot for support stared at her. Some people moved their gaze away immediately and a subtle look of discomfort showed on their face. Some tried to look normal but were clearly looking at Molly in their peripherals, no doubt seeing her as they walked toward her and formulated a game plan on the way. And others looked directly at her, keeping their head turned the entire time they walked past, mouth open in shock. A few men and women even turned around and continued staring after passing Molly.
But they weren't really staring "at" her, in Molly's mind. They were staring at her belly. And how could she blame them?
Finally, Molly's ride pulled up, a low hum emanating from the van as it made contact with its depot. "MOLLY O'DONNELL?" The robotic voice said as the passenger side window rolled down.
"Yes, that's me," Molly sai

Calvin tapped his foot against the concrete curb outside the school, clicking his teeth together as he let out an annoyed groan. Everyone else from his class had already been picked up and here he was, still waiting for a ride.
"I should have known," he grumbled when he saw his sister Lily's car pull up. She rolled down her passenger side window and grinned sarcastically.
"Were you supposed to get here at noon? I thought it was 1," Lily laughed as Calvin threw his bag into her back seat and got in next to her. "So technically, I'm early."
"Ha ha," Calvin said, enunciating each part. "Do you always have to screw around with me like this?"
"Hey," Lily said, giving Calvin a light flick on the nose, "Is that anyway to greet your big sister coming home from college? Come on now." Calvin rolled his eyes and leaned over to hug Lily. "It's good to see you, Cal."
"Yeah yeah, you too," Calvin said, crossing his arms. "Can we go?"
"What's wrong, bad vacation?" Lily snickered again.
