EDIT: Nothing at all is edited about the image. I just thought my two year old description sounded idiotic, so I changed it. :3
I was in a really wierd mood when I drew the sketch for this. I had just done my math homework and was in a drained mood and decided to draw a kudu. Since I was confused and stuff, I decided to do something I had never done before: A semi abstract piece! And dang, it was fun!
MEDIA: Crayola colored pencils, white acrylic paint, and fine tip sharpie on smooth bristol board.
The animal is a greater kudu.
I know the title says "Voodoo", technically, but it has nothing to do with voodoo. XD I just thought it sounded cool.
Okay...actually think that song is way over-played BUT it seemed a fitting title...Since I seem to be randomly laying halfway in the road. LOL.
This is a little sketch I did during church...yup I'm a good little church girl who draws naked kitty chicks during the sermon. HAHA. Anyways, it's obviously Emerald Sage...laying somewhere randomly. WOOT!
Just a quick little drawing of some fanart for basically the best cross-over ever, Oblivon + Homestuck = PREQUEL
I discovered it yesterday through mspfadventures, I hit the random button and was brought to the first page of this amazing comic, I read all I could last night before my mom shoved me off the computer and told me to go to bed, then continued where I left off as soon as I could until I was up to date.
I seriously cannot wait for more, I LOVE THIS COMIC SO MUCH IT MAKES MY LIFE VERY VERY HAPPY <3
No seriously, go read it, its got movies, and interactive playable bits, and on top of all that Katia is the best main character ever.
There were three problems I realized from the original...
1. I found it less natural for squirrels, specifically redwall squirrels to be on the ground. It didn't portrayed their character as much as I intended to, so I re-illustrated him on his natural environment.
2. His costume from the original looks like a incoherent mash up of random clothing. Other than that, squirrels are commonly portrayed as scouts and archers.
3. Most people remember Rakkety Tam from the original illustration. It's not supposed to be that way. Rather, the illustration should represent the race in general.
