Oh procrastination......

Im terrible at drawing water so i did this mainly for practice :/
Didnt really accomplish anything new....i still suck >.<
Something is wrong with the color of its ears :L

I changed the coloring a little bit using some simple program thing, so now its less blue, and i think it looks better this way, so this is how its gonna be now ^_^'

I... don't know what I'm doing.
I got a Leafeon PokeDoll, but I drew Eevee instead.
