Death's Lullaby.Life drained from its former passion,Death's Lullaby.1 year ago in Free Verse More Like This
hung on the thin thread of luck.
The rules are simple, comical.
Either you stay still or you die.
Sinking deeper, engulfed in unwrought nigritude.
Slate black faces,
buried inside shadows of hoods,
Bony fingers cruddle grinning sculps,
caressing fear as if it were an infant.
Hollow screams echo eternally like a melody
through unsought caverns.
As Death sang a lullaby.

Dream Of A SongbirdMy mind runs through depressing timesDream Of A Songbird11 months ago in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
While tides of loneliness pass me by
And for the final night I fall and lie
With you in my arms, I cough and cry
I do not like this world of mine
For accusing me of many a crime
This world knows naught but how to lie
And it clips my wings so I may not say goodbye
And until I relax and fall and die
I shall not know peace nor heavenly flight
So for this last night, I lie and cry
With you in my arms, I dream to fly
EmotionI lay out on my bed in sadnessEmotion11 months ago in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
Wishing to be set free from madness
My eyes pour forth rivers of sorrow
Unsure if I want to see tomorrow
I sit down at a broken desk
Filled with lies and past regrets
I take up my pen and begin to write
I scratch the paper far into the night
I cope with my sadness with a powerful pen
Writing my grievance, my lies and my sins
And when my fingers bleed, the sadness subsides
And the pen is rested until sorrow gives rise
NobodyLose yourself in beautiful eyes,Nobody11 months ago in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
Alive within my poetry.
Crystalline, unable to cry,
Looking upon nobody.
Every thought consumed
Within the music that I write,
The thinker is doomed
And fed to the night.
Courier of fright,
Bringer of all agony,
Set my eyes aright
On my love letter from nobody.

BLACK CAT WITH ONE WHITE MITTEN MISSING.
COMES IF CALLED MISSY
PLEASE RETURN TO _____ AT ______ IF FOUND. THANK YOU!'
The rain was pouring, hard. Your socked locks stuck to your face. You've searched high and low for your poor little kitty that has gone missing. You never realized how close you were to the creature until it was gone. For starters, you've never been a cat person. But this cat .meant something to you
There was a light knock on your house door. "Coming!" You called running from the kitchen, cooking up a nice bowl of rice. You invited your good friend Japan over to your house for a visit. You wanted to make sure this visit was as welcoming as all of the others. You swung open the door, "Hey Japan! How it-" You were cut off by a pair of golden orbs practically staring into your soul. You recoiled back. "C-C-C-C-C-C-C-CAT!"
Japan tilted his head in at you. "Is something wrong _____-san?" You looked at Japan's sweet

That you never have to be alone
And I believe
That you don't have to blend in.
By all the ways that you've grown
And I'm relieved
By all the ways that you've sinned.
You're only human
And I never expected any more
Nothing but human
With only one skin to have worn.
