You cannot see the abomination
This person you've left decimated
Shone when you came, they were elated
That's all but over now
You've let them drown
In their own calamity
You don't show any pity
All you do is ignore
Now they're rotten to their core
Just show them a sign
A sign that will bind
Their mind to believe you're kind
The thought of that, you loath
You let them endure the bitterness
They sit and stay alone
