experimental further. This is my third time that I made these organic green tea ice drops to get the right texture & taste. So trial & error. The texture is little bit crystallized(because I don't have the food stabilizer) but they taste really good
Just mix 2 cups hot milk, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream, 3 tsp. green tea powder(available in any asian markets/grocery stores), 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 cup granulated sugar(brown or white) in a blender or using your whisk by hand until the mixture becomes smooth and silky(no lumps).
Pour the mixture into the popsicle push pops / non-toxic popsicle molds. Place them in a freezer about 3-4 hours or until become frozen.
Make sure you’ve cleared enough room in the freezer.
one of my favorite treats since I love Craisins. I do love baking cookies from scratch which is therapeutic for me . I added craisins as desired. Thanks to Laura Vitale from youtbe for sharing this sugar cookie recipe: I have been inspired by this amazing chef. I am a fan of her recipes. For those who have sweet tooth, If you are curious about the recipe, feel free to check. Trust me these taste better than commercial cookies. Crunchy from the outside but soft in the inside.
Spring ladybugs on Ritz crackers for spring appetizers. I love making these appetizers. i used cream cheese, (smoked salmon flavored) cherry tomatoes, black olives, bed of parsley and black cream cheese (black food coloring and cream cheese for black spots)
If you are interested making these, I suggest you can use the few amount of parsley since their taste is overpowering.
