experimental further.
This is my third time that I made these organic green tea ice drops to get the right texture & taste. So trial & error.
The texture is little bit crystallized(because I don't have the food stabilizer) but they taste really good :D

Just mix 2 cups hot milk, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream, 3 tsp. green tea powder(available in any asian markets/grocery stores), 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 cup granulated sugar(brown or white) in a blender or using your whisk by hand until the mixture becomes smooth and silky(no lumps).

Pour the mixture into the popsicle push pops / non-toxic popsicle molds. Place them in a freezer about 3-4 hours or until become frozen.

Make sure you’ve cleared enough room in the freezer.

Another experimental food styling. I just made the mango parfait for fun. I love making homemade desserts.

(excuse my wrong date)

Reba Nira is also known as stir fried pork liver with chopped garlic & garlic chives. It is known as a japanese dish to eat to get stamina.
This is my first time to cook this japanese dish. I was pleasantly surprised they turned out well.

Thanks to "cooking with dog" for sharing your recipe. [link]

I used the red velvet cupcake mix added with egg & milk to smooth the batter & more "liquidy". :D
