:aww: This was possibly my favorite moment in the TFA series (the ep. Along Came a Spider) ^.^

And for some reason I just wanted to draw them as humans :3
And um... that's all I guess. :D

(btw sorry for the crappy texture and colors, it didn't look so bad before I scanned it! :rage:  :unimpressed: And I'll try to make other tests to IMPROVE their faces too.....)

NATHAN BAERTSCH illustrated the cover to issue one of cereal:geek, and over the years has contributed much art to the magazine. I had always wanted him to paint another cover, and fortunately for me, he was available to work some magic! As soon as an article on Who Framed Roger Rabbit was written for issue seven, I knew that Jessica Rabbit just had to be the cover star! I thought it would be interesting to see Jessica Rabbit in a more realistic style than she is depicted in the movie. The progression of this illustration was breathtaking, and the final piece is beautiful. I think it's also fair to say that there is something of Christina Hendricks in this piece...

It seems Missy got a role in some weird kung-fu flick ;)

Since such poses aren't exactly my specialty, as a reference I used a stock photo by :iconsenshistock:. I strongly recommend this HUGE gallery to all artists looking for neat reference photos :)

cereal:geek 02 - COVER

This is the cover to the second issue of cereal:geek. illustrated by EMILIANO SANTALUCIA (Evil-Lyn), MAKOTO ONO (Optimus Prime), WEN-XI CHEN (colors) and NATHAN BAERTSCH (textures), based on a rough layout by ME. The theme of issue two was magic and science, or magic versus science. So what better way to illustrate that theme than by having Evil-Lyn and Optimus Prime fighting to the very end? Evil-Lyn was always so confident in her own abilities that I really wanted that part of her personality to shine on this cover.

Two of my faves femme-fatale together!
I wanted to try coloring leather/vinyl and these two were a great opportunity.
I always loved how they messed and flirted with our favourite heroes, so i wanted to resume that in the pic too. (you can see that in the lower part of the pic, being represented by the animals)
Hope you like it, i was very pleased with the result and hav a lot of fun :)

Black cat and Catwoman are property of Marvel and Dc comics respectively

This is the cover to the fourth issue of cereal:geek illustrated by DAN SCHOENING, based on a rough layout by ME. The theme of issue four is horror, so of course The Real Ghostbusters just had to feature on the cover! Dan roughly illustrated many different poses of the scared ghost held captive by the symbol, but this was the one we agreed worked best. When I was assembling the content for the cover I suddenly realized that the word REAL was a part of the cereal:geek logo, and just had to pay homage to the cartoon's logo.
