The first pie I ever made. The crust turned out a little rough on the edges and next time I think I'll try fluting it, but it tasted pretty good. This was last fall when my Uncle gave me a ton of apples from his tree, so there'll be another pie pretty soon
お粥: okayu in Japanese and "jook" in Cantonese. A simple porridge/congee for those days when you're took sick to cook anything.
Just throw in a handful of rice into chicken or dashi (katsuobushi and konbu boiled together) stock and let it boil until desired consistency. You can add pork or chicken if you want. I added pork that has been marinated with a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. If you do add meat, be sure to add it during the last few moments before serving to ensure that they'll be tender. Garnish with green onions if desired.

God I am a dork. I kinda hope that Bobby and Cas at least are recognizable, but from the bottom left, there's Sam, Gabriel, above him a devil's trap, Bobby, Crowley, Castiel, Dean, and the Impala.
Lawl, poor Dean's a little derpy. His and Gabriel's heads fell off, and Bobby's was really trying. They're each about 6 inches tall.
Done in buttercream frosting and this sparkle gel stuff that I'm really surprised is edible. It looked like glitter glue.
