FAQ #217: What are "Stock and Resources" and can I use them in my submissions?

Note: you will find two layers for flats one them contains only the webs under spiderwoman's arms I did that part separated because I thought may be some of you would like to play with the opacity. The white layer at the top is there just because that works to reduce a bit the file's size.
