A full head latex mask I sculpted for one of the background mutating towns people for the film "In the Mouth of Madness." Somebody had fun with the hair work cause he looks a little rock and roll.

Found this buried away in my files. This was a full head makeup I sculpted on a ten year old actor for the John Carpenter film "In the Mouth of Madness."

Water-clay sculpture. I have taken him as far as I want and am happy with how he came out. I could spend a few more days refining the hair but I never planned on moulding him so he is realized enough. Already torn the clay off and started on a new sculpture. I hope you enjoyed watching this guy take shape.

Since I do not draw, I like to do these clay sketches...many times I do not finish these sculptures. Proportions a bit funny but it is early into it...kind of like the look so far.

Not really much to see here but I did make some progress on this personal project. Finally finished the head sculpture and molded it. Simple two part plaster mold. Also pulled a silicone copy of the forehead area just for a quick paint test that shows some promise. Not sure yet if the final skin will be silicone or gelatin...probably silicone being that I will be stretching the head more. Now I have to make hands and some other elements to complete the concept.

This one is starting to get fun...although photographing it will be very difficult because I want to capture in camera effects that I am not sure will work.

My first attempt at CGing Freddy. DX Looks like crap.

Why is he so hard to color?!?! I can draw him just fine, why can't I color him?!?!

Once again, tried to incorporate some semblance of realism....didn't work. >.>

Can't capture sexy psycho grin. T.T I fails. *hides in corner of shame*

Oh well. XD Will try again some time in the near future. X3
