I first would like to say that I was looking forward to Zuko and Katara being together. However, they didn't. I admit defeat. With that said, allow me to just say...
THAT ENDING WAS CRAP!
No! This has nothing to do with Zutara or Kataang. This has to do with 27 things that were so painfully wrong with that finale. Zutara lost. FINE! Kataang and Maiko won. Congrats. I would still feel this way if Zutara won. Now, here's why the AtLA ending fails worse than Viacom for taking down free advertising from one of the most popular sites on the internet:
1. The Avatar State
What the hell was the point of mastering the other elements? Aang went AS and basically bitch-slapped Ozai around like the pheonix king was a freaking new-born chick. There really was no point in training anything else.

Eres cobarde e inmadura. No te odio, solo me das lástima.
No me importa tu vida, no me importa la vida de alguien que quiere el mal para los demás y quiero que sepas y tengas bien claro que no importa cuántas veces me hagas caer, siempre voy a levantarme y seguiré adelante.

"Mignon, watch out, you're gonna--" Before Chae Lim could stop the kittenish witch, there was a crash.
"Ow, ow, ow! Mignon's mistake!" the pink haired girl apologized.
Soiree sat up a bit, and peeked out the door. Sure enough, Mignon had dropped some dishes that Chae Lim had washed. Honestly, it was not that far from the sink to the cupboard, how could she possibly drop them?
Soiree didn't care. Alba would buy some new dishes later, and he loved everything about Mignon; even her ever-present clumsiness.
"Go bug Soiree or something... I'll clean it up," Chae Lim said. Being the caring, just person she was, she wasn't going to make Mignon clean up her own mess. Mignon would likely cut herself, anyways. Soiree and Alba were not allowed

Road Trip Chapter 2 Lets go get some break fest. Kyo said the next day as Shingo prattled on about something or another. Good idea! So, whats on the agenda for today? Swimming? Bowling? Golf? Getting rid of you. Kyo thought as he walked out the door, tripping over something in the progress. What in the world? There, sleeping on the porch, was Soiree. Are you okay? Shingo asked as Kyo poked Soiree with his shoe. Is it time for break fest? Soiree asked sleepily. Its time for you to explain why you were sleeping on the porch. Kyo said as he looked at him. Its kinda a long story. Weve got time. Shingo said as Soiree stretched. So he explained about Alba and the fishbowl and being blasted out of the room by Mignon. I see. Kyo said as he nodded. The Russian had burst through the door to his friend, war not thirty minutes from starting, and upon not seeing the doctor at the breakfast table - (Spy's turn to cook; nothing like French toast before war) - Heavy knew the man had overslept, and raced after finishing his food to the man, only to find the German with his back to him, fully aware of the situation, and hastily getting dressed.
Dark hair tussled from sleep; the physician was tying his belt around his tan pants, shirtless from sleeping, boots on, glasses on his desk.
"Almost there, go vithout me!"
The weapons expert watched as a smooth and slightly scarred back disappointingly disappeared beneath a silky white shirt, and as soon as the cloth slipped over his shoulders, the owner of the pale flesh began darting around his infirmary, gathering his needed things, the shirt open and revealing the stomach and flat chest beneath, also slightly marred by senile battle wounds.

CHARACTER CREATING TIPS Part 1CHARACTER CREATING TIPS Part 110 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
CHARACTER CREATING TIPS
Part 1: Appearance
A key factor in your character's design is the appearance, it affects how they're treated, and generally thought of.
The appearance should be well thought out, and should reflect your character, and not your personal tastes.
I hear many people say, "She/He looks like this because I saw a movie with this one character that was really cool", please, don't ever do this.
You can be inspired by a character you've seen, and take elements from that design and incorporate them into your own, but don't create a character just because you thought something was "cool".
And so now, here are is a list of things to consider when creating your character's appearance. Remember, these are not rules that you have to follow, just suggestions and tips to help you create a better original character
#1: Make your character's attractiveness level, match the character.
It's a common fact that not everyone is drop-dead gorgeous, but it's also known that beauty is in t

Sam shook his head. "I keep telling you, Max, that was a once in a lifetime occurrence." Last Tuesday was the most fun anyone had had for a long time, except for maybe the fleeing masses and the real estate agencies. "Someone's moving into the apartment block across the street!"
Max ran up to the window and looked out at the moving vans. After a few seconds, he looked back at Sam. "Uh... Remind me again why I should care?"
"It's cursed, remember?" said Sam. "Everyone who's ever lived there has died! I heard about someone who lived there a couple years and moved out. And fifty years later, he died peacefully in his sleep!"
"And another guy who lived there was wal

Aang and Tyler were out in the gym. Katara was looking at Aang who was playing Dodgeball St. Bob's famous game. " Yo Tyler get Sokka!" said Zuko "I'm on it." tyler said. Aang and Tyler were brothers they were both avatars. "Aang at Sokka one...two ...THREE!" Tyler shouted. The two boys fired at him with dodgeballs and hit him. They played dodgeball until Mr. Fisher the principle said "balls please.". The senior grade kids sat down on the ramp. "Dude I can't wait till Missouri." said Aang. Arsenic's Got a Bitter FinishSometimes, I find myself staring at you. I wonder if I can look through one of your prettily-pierced ears and see the stars branching into my name on the other side. I wonder if that would scare the hell out of me, seeing such commitment spelled out in black and blue and white on your end when I'm so complacent with being kept to myself on mine. And maybe, deep down, I'm wondering if it's really a commitment I'm so afraid of...or if it's that I'm worried that when you look at me with your heart in your glowing sunrise eyes, I'm not returning the favor.Arsenic's Got a Bitter Finish4 years ago in Flash Fiction & Vignettes More Like This

Seeing his parents killed right in front of him had left him feeling empty. He longed for his mother's lullabies and his father's piggy back rides. He longed for the comfort of being loved. Everyday it became harder and harder to provide for himself and Bolin. They were running out of yuans they got for their allowances, and Mako had to start working in any store that would take someone his age. It was hard to leave Bolin in alleys by himself. Everyday at Narook's Seeweed Noodlery where he cleaned floors, he thought about his brother alone, getting hurt, and it killed him. He couldn't lose him, too.
He was always relieved when he came back and saw Bolin eagerly waiting for dinner. He sat down and handed whatever food he managed to scrape up that day to Bolin and his brother ate as quickly as possible. Mako relaxed and closed his eyes, tired from the days work. He felt a cool breeze and heard his brother's teeth chatter. Mako took off the scarf he always wore, the last object his father

The music slowed, dimmed. I couldn't help my eyes from closing, picturing his smile as he played the gentle notes. I felt uglier than ever in the midst of the music that surrounded me. Arpeggios underneath the chord progression lulled me into a state akin to sleep. The music quickened again, my heart keeping time. I started when his left hand fell to the bass in extreme lows. Another retard and diminuendo, then silence.
As he coughed and turned the pages to begin again, I stood on shaky legs. I began to leave; only when I closed the heavy door to the private music halls did I remember the na
