Mini pancakes, stuffed with caramelized apples (diced braeburn apples, cooked with sugar, that I added some pre-made caramel sauce to), with caramel sauce and maple syrup poured over them, thin apple slices, and a frozen banana ice cream (not really ice cream; they're just pureed frozen bananas with a touch of vanilla). I don't have any powdered sugar, and our sugar supplies are too low to make powdered sugar.

This was my first picture that I took in my photography class at Fullsail about a week ago. I've always thought that a black and white photo of a Beatmania controller would be awesome! So I took one, and unfortunately it's blurry. However it kind of works with the subject.
