Your arm shook under the force that Dark Link was exerting onto his blade, but you managed to fling him off with a burst of energy. Immediately, you took a few steps back and held up your own sword awkwardly, trying to balance both your shield and your cumbersome sword at the same time.
The cool air of the open field around you contrasted with the fiery sun and your body temperature, which was steadily rising to a burning temperature.
Your eyes scanned Dark Link’s pose carefully, trying to figure out where he would attempt to strike next. Your gaze landed on his face, and you pursed your lips when you saw that he was completely poker-faced- even his usual smirk was absent. The shadow-entity’s eyes did not give much away either.
Exquisite wine-colored eyes held no emotion, and only flashed with fleeting amusement when you attempted to swing your sword at h

There’s no way in hell I’m staying here, you thought, zipping your romper back up. Now that Dark Link was gone, it was time to make your escape.
You got off the large bed, hearing strange noises on the other side of the door. Curiosity got the best of you as you went over and crouched down, listening to the sounds with your ear right against the door.
“You are to stay here and make sure _____ doesn’t escape. Do you two understand that?” a male voice commanded bitterly.
“Yes, sir!” two men replied simultaneously. You could hear them on either side of the door, doing what was assigned of them. They were almost like bodyguards.
You sighed, trying to lightly open the door like the risk taker you are. Consequently, the door was locked, as you felt the doorknob secured in place. The prince probably locked it before he left to prevent your absconding.
Just because the door’s locked doesn’t mean I can’t leave.

Link stepped into the starry sky-tall room, wide see-through drapes hanging over the frame of a regal bed adorned of purple sheets and purple pillows. The material in itself was soft, smooth, silky. Every suture graved into the fabric had been made with golden thread, but the true beauty of the object rested in its jewel; the girl.
The green-clad boy closed the distance between the large furniture and himself, discerning little by little the silhouette of a frail princess no older than him, with long untied hair shining brighter than a thousand suns, and shut lids hiding her dreams like secrets in her eyes.
Beside her stood the shadow of a man several feet tall, not uttering a word. He who held Power in his hand, he who could end Hyrule's bloodline within a few given seconds. His chance exposed right before him, and yet he stood still, unmoved, unphased

Where there's death and you shall die
He will play Zelda's lullaby
When you need to travel along
The boy will play Epona's song
When you think the worlds in doom
The legend will play Saria's tune
If the worlds committed a crime
Play a song a song of time
When it's dry and then it's wet
The song of storms never forgets
When the lava rises higher
Play Bolero of fire
Dive down deep find King Zora's daughter
There's a song Serenade of water

Requiem of spirits will put them to sleep
If there's flowers needed for a florist

If the dark scares you at night
Just listen to prelude of light

"Master,I sense an extremely powerful being in the next area.proceed with caution."Fi warned the green clad hero. How was it possible? Demise was defeated, everything was at peace, he was back home in skyloft,Ghirahim was gone.. That's what saddened Link slightly; He missed the white clad man. He missed how Ghirahim would toy with him, brought him to his true potential,he missed those black eyes:adorned with dark purple eyeliner, those white lips that would place kisses on his cheeks and leave without another notion. Wait what was he doing?! Link shook those thoughts from his mind and headed up the hill to the highest point. There was nothing there.
"Yes Master?You called me?"
"What are you talking about? There's nothing up here...kinda feels like I'm being watched though.." Suddenly Link felt strong hands on his shoulders,a chest against his back, and a kiss on his cheek. Link froze, he couldn't grab his sword so he grabbed backwards

The trees sway to and fro
The crickets sweetly singing
Do I really have to go?
The sky is dark and dreary
And rain falls from the sky
It lightly taps the rooftops
And I must say goodbye
So farewell to the crickets
The trees and clouds and rain
Goodbye to the little spider
On the window pane
So long to the flowers
The daisies and rose
Goodbye to the song bird
The robin and the crow
Autumn come so swiftly
And winter closely came
How I wanted time to stop
And all things stay the same
But without the autumn wind
And pure white winter snow
The rain would never fall
And the flowers never grow

Chapter 22: We Meet Again
Oh well. The faster I get this errand done the sooner she will show me where the scared flame is. I suppose it can't hurt to help her out. It's what I do anyways. I do enjoy helping out. Besides, the fact that it was Ghirahim who hurt her is motivation enough.
I draw my sword and let Fi show me the way to where to find the scared water is.
I swim back to the center of the aquatic room to where Faron resides inside the basin.
It turns out that her sacred water was back in Skyview Temple, in the springs. I will admit that it was a pain going through the Temple again. Ghirahim must have known something because when I went back in it has infested with the Bokoblins. Each screech at me and tried to attack/capture me. There was no way in hell I was going to let that happened again! It was annoying of just how many of them there were. Not to mention the previous monsters were back.
I also ran into Kortz inside the Temple. He said he w

In our hearts it's set in stone
In our minds the name is known
The legend flies from near and far
Makes no difference where you are
At some point you must have heard the name
As many others play this game
Around us all for many years
The name alone can spread some cheer
The magic holds onto our hearts
Truly is a work of art
Speak it loud for all to hear
Say it to all that are near
We will always remember it's name
The Legend of Zelda is a magical game.

I really couldn't tell you how long I had stayed after the night we finally held our first conversation with one another. I spent a long time after that night trying to find any solution to everything to make both the Skyloftians and demons happy and able to live with each other on the surface, but with the revival of someone as evil and heartless as Demise it was simply impossible. I don't know why Ghirahim was so bent on bringing him back anyway; he even seemed flabbergasted when Demise cast him aside like a piece of trash that fateful day. There was no way to remedy any of it really and guilt still floods my heart this very moment just contemplating how everything came to an abrupt end for us, and him. Let me start from the beginning though, I digress.
The night we were able to talk about the situation as it stood in honesty with each other I told Ghirahim that I needed release to fulfill my destiny as the Goddess's chosen hero. He didn't disagree with me for a moment, and I really

She couldn't believe the resemblance, they looked so much alike and it sent a sharp pain through her stomach.
"E-Elice?! Zelda asked, narrowing her eyes to make sure she wasn't seeing things.
"Zelda!" She yelled and ran to hug her. "Long time no see, huh?"
"Yep ." Zelda said through her teeth. She smelled like him, too.
Elice let go of her and looked her in the eyes with a serious look. "Hey, have you seen Marth anywhere?!"
Zelda's voice caught in her throat. "N-No .. Not sense I was 16."
Elice nodded but looked at her confused. "How old are you now?"
Zelda hesitated a second. "20. Why .?"
Elice looked at her strange and took Zelda's right hand and examined it. She gasped and looked up and shock. "What happened to your ring?!"
Zelda took her hand and held it behind her back. "I . I took it off .."

It has been nearly 600 years since the events of Ocarina of Time....
600 years since the Hero of time saved to small Kingdom of Hyrule from the evil sorcerer Ganondorf....
600 years since he had saved a princess...
600 years since she had sent him back in time to regain his missed childhood...

For 600 years the story of the Legend of Zelda had been passed down from generation to generation until it had become a widely celebrated fairytale, not one person in the United Republic of Hyrule and its surrounding neighbours hadn't heard of the boy who travelled in time to vanquish the evil and rescue the fair maiden.
This hero had many names, many forms and many incarnations ironically nobody knew of the hero's true identity. His name and his appearance had been lost in the annals of time. The only true significant memory of the hero was that he was depicted to be clad in a green tunic with wi

There is a storm coming, he decided, frowning over the distant hills. The blockade of mesas in Trilby Highlands always prevented storms from flying over North Hyrule Field. No, the storm would not fly over. It would sit here over his home and wring itself out like a heavy cotton rag. He grimaced at the purpling shelf of clouds at the horizon, his curly beard twitching in annoyance. Klay was in his 50s, short of height and thick of gut. In no time, he'd be able to feel the storm in his bones, the humidity frizzing out his beard and delaying the curing time of his pots and jars. He tugged the last scrap of laundry from the line and folded it neatly, despite his hands being hidden in the long yellow sleeves of his robe. Hopefully the storm would come after Link's final examination.

'Is she real? What is she?'
The young hero looked into his lover's eyes. What was she? Was she a dove? Like a love dove? Could she have been his guardian? What was she to him? "Who-what are you...to me?" The hero, Link asked.
The maiden didn't answer - why would she answer? She realized her role on her own: the incarnation of the goddess, Hylia. Couldn't Link, the chosen hero figure out what she was to him? He saved her from the evil Demise, from Ghirahim, from...evil. But how could he still not put his finger on it? What was she to him?
'What is she?'
The wind current grew stronger, waving Zelda's golden locks from her face. Now he could see her, she was a beauty. Very fitting for a goddess of course. Her warm, sky blue eyes stared up at me from the cold, hard ground at my feet. They had already started to glass over, stuck in her final thoughts. A chill wind had picked up; shooting through the alleyway and through her damp and matted, chocolate-brown hair. Her pale skin glistened with dark red blood that looked black in the moonlight. I'm no expert but it didn't take a forensic scientist to tell that she'd been beaten to death.
