Done for the ESO poster challenge ( [link] ) . I wanted to do something where the three factions could be seen, and with an emblematic Elder Scrolls location. So the Imperial City was the perfect place to set it.
I'd only realised today that I have never been to Falkreath, and this is where I ended up. Suffice to say there is only one choice I'd ever make after speaking to the grieving parents.
This shot is not that great. I tried to do something a bit different with the lighting on his front via some TCL torch-carrying but it doesn't really look a lot better than the standard silhouette shot you see everybody taking. Oh well.
I wanted to create skyrim environments long time ago but I didnt had the time. However, I dont play the game anymore I made it anyway because skyrim landscapes are amazing. I might start playing again when Dragornborn comes out though. I didnt wanted to make it look exactly like in the game, but its very close, I think you will recognize the place anyway (if you played the game). One of my favorite places in Skyrim so far.
Made and rendered in Vue, minor postwork in PS CS5.
