This is one of the last few photos that I may put up for the next few weeks, as I am on the move. But will be back as soon as I can.

Taken in the field that Castle rigg Stone Circle is located, on the outskirts of Keswick, Cumbria, in the United Kingdom. Its 3 bracketed handheld shots, merged together in Photomatrix. It was minus 2 this morning at the location and for a brief while I had the place to myself. There are some benefits to the cold weather after all!

Its fantastic to be back in the UK, and pure heaven to be back in the county of Cumbria. I believe having such inspirational landscapes on the doorstep will in time develop my photographic skills further. DA members will be the judge, but thats for time to come.

In the mean time, thank you for looking at this work, and any others, should you decide to visit my gallery. Similarly thank you for anyone that favourites or comments on my work, they are all really appreciated.

As you know we have returned to the UK now. so far we have experienced a very wet, cold and miserable Worcestershire, little opportunity to photograph in my time there! this was taken in between the stormy weather, not my usual standard but I was drawn to the cloud flowing by at a great rate of knots!

I am now in Cumbria, commence work tomorrow! Sadly Dawn is not joining me for a couple of weeks due to work commitments in new job on my part. So in out time apart i am reading and reading lots of photo mags. thank you to Dawn though, as with out her support and wisdom, I would not be back in the county of cumbria, the photographers dream.
