Javik "Prothey" the Prothean, from the From the Ashes dlc for Mass Effect 3. He is the avatar of vengeance for his people, the last voice of the protheans against the Reapers.
I think if anyone in the mass effect universe had to fill the role for the cynical pessimist alien, then Javik was definitely designed to fill that role. But, he has a particle beam rifle that makes the Collectors' Mass Effect 2 heavy weapon look like a waste of time.
Done in graphite, over the course of many weekends whenever I could get away. *I will most likely edit this picture for a better quality one, but this will be a filler until then*
And here you have a finished drawing of Tali and Garrus. I used aquarelle pencils, aquarelles, wax pastels and a gel pen. I like to think this is the moment before they go to the last war. Even though Garrus is wearing the ME2 armor.
Nyreen was created as a foil for Aria T'Loak, a past lover of the crime lord with a very paragon outlook on the world. One of the main reasons I adore the dynamic between Aria and Nyreen is that the turian can see good in everything. Even on Omega, one of the most crime filled stations in the galaxy, she can see the good in people that live there and the good Aria does in keeping them safe and giving them a place to call home if they want it.
It an unfortunate end that she meets, but helps develop another side of Aria that we don't get to see until that point.
One night, I randomly grabbed my sister Danielle's hand and drew a key there with dark blue pen. (I know that isn't traditionally used as make up, but whatever.)
She drew a lock on mine. We held hands, and this is what we got.
