What Happens at the Bowling Alley....To be completely sure, I am not one who harbors any violent tendencies. However, I can be provoked. When I am, there's always a very good reason behind my responses. When some snot-nosed, twelve year old toothpick of a boy at the bowling alley decided to waltz up, and for whatever reason steal my brand new forty dollar felt fox-ear hat right off my head, and saunter off into the boy's bathroom, well, that's just not going to stand. MIND YOU, I don't know this boy. I've never met him in my life, but GOD, you could smell the arrogance on him. Of course, I went after him, I don't know what made him think I wouldn't come into the boy's bathroom if he's got something of mine (obviously, none too bright). I screamed at him a little bit, and he hid behind the door, which I used to squish him, at least twice I slammed it into him. Then, I opened it, cornered him, put on my meanest, ugliest face, and demanded that he give it back. Little git nearly lost his fluids. And other bodily wastes. Earlier today he went to do somthing without telling me so naturaly I kept re-sending the txt he didnt answer but as time went on, there was no answer. I started to worry. Like any girlfriend would do I kept txting and txting tell finally I got an answer. He had to help his little brother with somthing and he couldnt txt back because he was busy with his brother.
When he came back I told him that it was ok that he took so long and that I was just worried about him because, what girlfriend wouldnt be worried for her boyfriend. What he said to me next was really surprising and it kinda worried me a little more. He said "trust me, it would by my fault if you lost me." Of course I r

advice on some stuff to look up before tutorialsso im gonna be starting to make some tutorials soonadvice on some stuff to look up before tutorials1 year ago in Personal More Like This
before that you should look up some informations
you probably noticed that in my work it is often hard to distinguish if im using a zbrush model or just painined it all in photoshop
reason for that is simple.
my realism rendering is greatly based on 3 d rendering processes.
by this i mean as i learned 3d i became aware of the stuff we usually visually take for granted.
qualities of material, importance of reflectivity, ambient occlusion, and subsurface scattering.
to any 3d artist these are everyday terms, while 2d artists usually paint them without often even being aware of wheat they are really doing
for instance , a 3d artist will at any given point use 2 types of shadows. cast shadows from a direct lightsource, and ambient occlusion shadows which naturally appear more intensively the closer planes of an object are together.
i can get into this and make it a long discussion , but easier w
Protecting Your Legal Rights - DigitallyRecently I saw a notice from a fellow deviant about finding some of his photos online. Stolen from DA where he generously shares them to be used on a porn site. Obviously this is illegal, a violation of copyright law. DeviantART makes that perfectly clear in the terms and conditions when you sign up, and you are legally bound by them even if you just click "I Accept" without reading them. Small consolation to an artist who must now fight to have his work protected under the law. Another deviant, also a photographer, has a very serious discussion on his page about it. You can find that discussion here http://jeanluc44.deviantart.com/journal/25899401/.Protecting Your Legal Rights - Digitally2 years ago in Personal More Like This
Why should we care about this? Well I'll give you two reasons. Any artist will never share their work if it will be stolen, so where will you go to find quality art like this for free hmm? Just as bad, the artists that do share their work are forced to watermark it in an attempt to prevent theft. Watermarks are like locks on a door, they a

The New Street Photographer's ManifestoFebruary 7, 2013/by $techgnoticThe New Street Photographer's Manifesto11 months ago in Art Features More Like This
Street photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson called it the “decisive moment”— the captured instant when all the photograph’s elements come together to tell a story in a way a text narrative of thousands of words could never begin to. It is what hooks people, both practitioners and advocate-devotees, on the art form. It is uniquely completely immersive in life— step out into the streets— in which the moment of artistic epiphany can never be guessed at until it suddenly happens. When it is properly mastered, it is as pure as the dawn of each new day, as true as the living organism of a teeming street scene catching a breath as one.
It's no easy task to pull a book together for publication and "The New Street Pho
