How do I enter?
In the comment box in this journal. There will be an "Add a Drawing" button. Click it and then draw your picture inside there and click add comment.
So what are the prizes?
Every two weeks I will give four people a 1 month premium membership, they will be given to the people who draw the pictures I like the most out of the comment section. If you don't win the first try, don't worry. There's always the next prize period.
It's continuation depends on how much interest there is. If there are pages and pages of comments I will simply click the "load all images button" and scroll through and look at them all. None will be ignored I can promise you that.

Yet, there I was.
BEST. TUESDAY. EVER.
Don't ask me how it happened. I have no idea. Although, there are clues to be found in that the fire started at the back of the engine, near the top where all the fuel-related plumbing can be found.
All I know is the car began juddering, lost power, and after pulling over and opening the bonnet I found flames licking up the engine bay.
Now, it's common sense to (a) NOT open the lid to the engine bay and (b) move a large distance from your car if it catches fire. Everyone should know this. But fuck that noise, that's my fucking car, and the flames were small, so I had to do something. I had a giant bottle of water in the back in case I ever ran out of wiper fluid or needed to top up the coolant for some reason. So I grabbed that and doused the flames, sloshing it down the back of the engine. Where I saw the pollen filter ca

The content of this post isn't very much related to ponies, but I believe that it's still something that's very important that should be talked about. It's about bullying.
As we all know, bullying is a major problem that many kids face today. Some of you may have even faced bullying, for being bronies, or any other reason.
This is why we should do everything we can to stop it, and to raise awareness, so that other people are aware of this issue.
This is why a group of friends of mine have decided to make a movie, to raise awareness about bullying, and to help bring an end to this terrible atrocity against innocent kids.
However, their project definitely needs some help, as it does cost money to help produce and promote the movie.

How many is enough I won't say, because it soly depends on the community around you and your work. Some artists can live on one patron, others need to live on millions of them.
If you need more exposure, do fanart. After all, people would type and search famous series, not your name. If they do type your name, you are famous.
If you don't want to do fanart, the other option is draw the cliche-category.

D-Frag! - Anime adapted from a manga. It's a comedy series based around a so-called 'delinquent' involving a weird club. The basic premise is straightforward but it's a funny and cute anime with memorable characters. The main girls are cute and the jokes are fairly decent though it heavily relies on the main character to be the tsukkomi while everybody else are being their usual brand of random-insane-weird. Some minor fanservice here and there, 4 episodes in and I think it's all around good enough to be a top recommendation. It skipped some chapters from the manga though.
Gin no Saji Season 2 - A second season for Gin no Saji. If you followed the first season, definitely follow the second season. It's still really good and it's also refreshing to see how educational this series can actually be. Also, many Hiromu Arakawa's signature style of character.

There is an artist here an dA, who goes by the name of Sahtori-Kamaya, whom I admired for quite some time, and this is not just because she makes wonderful artwork, but for who she is as a person.
She is kind and friendly and has an inner strength that most people probably can't compete with. (In some regards she is comparable to Fluttershy, really.)
Sadly, life is not as kind to her as she is to everyone else. She has been diagnosed with cancer some time ago but she is determined to fight it, not to give up. Unfortunately, this isn't easy for her as life keeps throwing rocks in her way.
Her major problem is that she can hardly pay for her medicine or treatments. Most often, she can't pay treatment at all and medicine only partially. She can't go to work herself, since the illness is nagging health and no employer wants an ill employee.

Base something off yourself or someone/something you know
First off, I know some people have difficulties in generating unique characteristics and personality quirks for their characters.
