"At least a week."
"But... That's too long. I can't wait that long; I already miss you. Besides.. A week turns into two weeks, and that turns into a month... You know what happened last time... And you're leaving me..." She shakes her head in disbelief and turns away. She was never able to let him see her tears, whether they were happy tears, or sad tears, or just tears. He places a gentle hand on her shoulder. "I know, I know... Come with me, then."
He smiles. "We'll go there together so I don't have to leave you, okay?"

I'm sick of your useless words

When the night is so cold and black
At the end, you shout my name.

Dust to dust
Forget the past
Tainted by lust
Man the mast
And sail the sea
Before you pay a hearty fee
Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust
Forget the past
Oh you must!
Play the mouse
And flee flee flee
Before the monster catches thee
Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust
Just give in
You've already been beat
Into the river
With your hopes and dreams
Out with hatred and misery
Ashes to ashes.
Dust to dust
I cant forget,
As I succumb to rust

There is a space
Of dim light and burning lace
I loved you once. It's over now
Loved you once, but I don't know how
I bow under weight
Oppressive love I can't escape
There is a place
Where problems have a face
There is a space
Where love blinds like burning mace
I loved you once. It's dead forever
Loved you once, but now I sever
Myself from you
Restrictive love is never true
There was a time
When problems were all mine
There comes a time
When you have to break the binds

Beneath all of the stars,
A war tears through my soul
Transforming me into the God Mars.
My anger surges forth,
As I strike down my foe,
I drop to a knee
Under the force of a mighty blow.
I strike again,
Rending his heart from his chest,
I reel back in agony...
Taking a moment to rest.
Suddenly reality sets in
And again I fall to a knee,
The realization that the enemy
Has always been me.

"W-well, there were a lot of sightings, and no one who saw it would lie!"
"Blade, there's no such thing as ghosts. If there were my aunt would still be haunting me "

Sword sighed as he continued down the hall with the shorter warrior.

Character Review 2 - ChronaChrona is a character in the anime/manga Soul Eater.Character Review 2 - Chrona3 years ago in Reviews & Guides More Like This
I don't know too much about this character, but I've seen scenes of them from various (key) parts of the anime.
My friend started drawing pictures of SE, and I got interested in it that way. I love learning about different characters and stuff, so I did some "research" on them ... by taking personality quizzes. I like seeing who I relate to. Every quiz I took yielded the same result; Chrona. And the description was pretty accurate.
So that got me more interested in the character and the anime. Yep, I watched it for Chrona.
There's the debate of Chrona's gender. I first thought Chrona was a girl, but then someone said that Chrona was a boy, and that made sense to me. A lot of sense. Even though Medusa calls Chrona "daughter", it made more sense to me that Chrona be a boy. I was thinking too much into it, and thought Chrona and Medusa's offspring-parent relationship was similar to that of Ed Gein and his mother Augusta. And even to

The swordsman's gaze immediately shifted to her mid-torso. “Y- You're hungry, Maka.” He looked back up into her eyes, concern lowering his eyebrows, though it was difficult to distinguish due to his eyes' natural slants. He knew very well what it was like to be hungry, and how painful it could be. He did not want Maka to have to feel that kind of pain.
Maka's eyes closed once again, eyebrows angled slightly similar to his. “Oh, it's okay, Crona. I just forgot to eat breakfast this morning.” He gave her a dubious expression. “How about you and I go back to my apartment and I'll cook us and everyone something to eat, 'kay?”
His posture lightened, as well as his face. He didn't care if he got anything to eat; he could go days without food. The
As My Black Heart Beats (An SE CroMa Fanfic)Darkness coated day as a black shroud, seeping in every last drop of light until the world was blind. A specific pink-haired meister stood in the cruel midst of it, indulging in the sweet cool breath of the nightly abyss. Like a drug, it swept throughout his entire being, soothing his troubled mind, and putting his conscience at ease. The subtle pulse of his faint black heart's beat gently lulled him to an unconscious state of moral sleep, his body still being used, but as a puppet's would. The lullaby of the heartbeat then stopped altogether, no longer needed; as his body was already in possession of the demon within him.As My Black Heart Beats (An SE CroMa Fanfic)1 year ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Is that hoody tight enough?
Let me unzip it.
That light green hoody,

The stain on the wrist.
To die is easy,
Rope, knife, gun, car, pill, motive,
This is not for me.
Standing by the corpse,
How many years have gone?
I'm still raw towards you,
What have you taught besides us?
Thank you for nothing.
In the asylum,
Straightjackets haunt my flesh,
Get me out of here.
Driving at me for too long,
Your the one whose next.
It's no irony,
That we met under this sun,
Fucking hope you die.
.:Fairytales:.Mother used to say that there is a hero in every single one of us. She used to say that we could all do great things. She would look at me, and say: Me and you, we are heroes. Back then, I didn't understand what that meant. Heroes? What nonsense. Heroes only exist in fairytales. Right now, though, I can comprehend the importance of her words. Is it because of our eyes, mother? I would ask. She would agree. Our eyes, mine and hers, they were identical, a striking blue like pale sapphires. Now I know it isn't because of our eyes. It is because I was the firstborn. But maybe she was right about heroes. I don't know. The one thing I know for sure is that there was definitely a hero inside of her. The woman who sacrificed her life for her husband and child, she was definitely a hero. I know the fight she put up. Her whole life, it was a fight, a struggle. I know. I've been told. A Dead FriendshipAt the time, we were friends, we haven't been friends since. I had gone over to my friend Ariana's house to play; we were playing two-person softball. Very boring, because she wouldn't let me be batter, and I prefer batting over pitching because I have TERRBLE aim. Despite that, she kept saying no. She had been batting and batting and batting. I started batting, and ended my turn right after that one turn. She was the one to bat every time after that. That is, until she got hurt.A Dead Friendship1 year ago in Academic Essays More Like This

I glimpsed a world of clarity, built of archaic, piercing light.
Cool water stirred in bowls of crystal glass, light fell upon the waves,
It bounded up among the walls, and burst in a thousand shades.
A simple bed and fire place, a bookcase and a view.
Within this world of dream and wonder, is where I belong with you.
Waterfalls of molten love, cascading from the clouds,
it falls among a garden, where our lives the trees will shroud.
When it rains, it rains the sky,
the stars fall to earth but not to die.
They breathe and speak and softly sing,
never seeking or shouting, never a thing.
The world would be an open book, and from a lake of ink,
we would dip a quill and pause to kiss, to smile and to think.
When every drop of joy was drunk, when every story heard,
we would lower that trembling feather, and slowly trace the words.
Home is where the heart is, if what they say is true,
then my heart belongs in this cruel world, fo
