The contest is to design music through art. Both are so personal, I really found it hard to make something that I liked. I decided to try something fun and slightly light heart-ed to a serious piece of composition. Kind of a fun spin on a piece of music for a serious time. I'm rambling. It's a glimpse into a mind that can never be serious I guess... XD. I must say that the 5 color restriction was hard since I love color, and thinking of that I used a lot of non-colors. Anyway, I hope you enjoy.
Please vote or comment, and for those thinking, "don't tell me how to live my life," it's a mere polite suggestion. ^__^
This was pretty fun. Sadly I used the stock of other deviants, which is against the rules. Maybe I'll rework it with other stock, but I'm too tired for that now.
This is based on 1984. That little boy's plane arms were too tempting, haha.
Here's the stock I used: Oil Refinery: [link] Textures: [link] from [link] and [link] Bomber: [link] The "before" visible here: [link] I feel like comparing the before and after would be a little less applicable than in other cases. They turned into a poster, not zombies.
Edit: Changed bottom clouds to match the others better. Much more fluffy.
Edit 2: Due to this statement in the rules "...must be the exclusive original work of the entrant and made for the Contest...", I removed the background texture which was not mine, and I also removed the swirly lines that I had used from a brush and instead made my own. Also, I made my own clouds because I had used a brush for that too. So basically I just removed everything that is not mine. lol
Edit 3: Changed clouds again by photo manipulating some of my own photos.
EDIT 4: EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I'm a semi-finalist!!! I can't even believe it!!
