To może trochę wyjaśnię o co chodzi z tymi łańcuchami (żeby nie było nieporozumień).
Tak w skrócie: kraj niepodległy to kraj wolny, a zerwany łańcuch może być symbolem wolności. Nie wszystkie łańcuchy są rozerwane, bo jak mi podała ciocia Wikipedia Polska odradzała się w tamtym czasie "kawałkami".
Mam nadzieję że jakoś to do tematyki pasuje...
