Rnd 5) SC 3, 2 SC in next SC around (20)
Rnds 6-11) SC in each SC around (20)
Rnd 12) SC 3, DEC over next 2 SC around (16)
Rnd 13) SC 2, DEC over next 2 SC around (12)
Now's a good time to start stuffing the head firmly.
Rnd 14) SC, DEC over next 2 SC around (8)
Rnd 15) DEC over the next 2 SC around (4)
