This happens to be a photograph of my self.
The beach you are looking at is the infamous Pipeline beach on the North Shore of Hawaii. Shot around eleven o' clock at night. I was using one Lightstand off to the left, My camera on a tripod, a thirty second exposure and alot of jumping.
Early morning hoping to catch the sunrise over the city.
Everyone else ([link] and [link]) was at the other side of the bridge I was on, watching the sky.
This is one of 3 images I'll be submiting to the [C]Spaces exhibit this month, hopefully one of them will win me some money, first prize is $1,000!!
Scanned a negative of Fuji Reala, 6x6, shot on my Bronica SQ-Ai with a 80mm Zenzanon S.
EDIT: Didn't win, but I did update the picture with a scan from the negative with an Imacon 363, so much sharper, so much better color rendition.
Compare with the old one here, [link] the Imacons are simply amazing.
This photography was carried out at the time of an air meeting and Christian Moullec who carries out air photographs and reports on more than 15 species of birds accompanying his ULM above various countries and continents since 1995.
