This wreath is about 20 inches round. It is made from the pages of a hymnal from the 1800's.

The pages are fixed to a light weight foam board backing with attached hanging hook. The whole wreath weighs less than 1.5 pounds. Because of the age and free standing position of the pages, this wreath is fragile. It is finished with a UV coating to protect it from sun and moisture, but I would not suggest hanging it outside.

Special pricing will be made if purchasing the trio.

I was recently contacted by a jewelry designer in Paris. She had the brilliant idea of creating a back story for all of her pieces. She asked if I could sculpt the pieces for her, leaving room to display the jewelry on the book. Best of all, the pieces would be traveling with her to Fashion Week. How can you not say yes to that?

This is the third book. The little girl is sitting in a garden, drawing a bluebird. There will be a bluebird ring placed in the nest in the tree. One of my favorites from the series. The girl's face came out perfectly and the whole sculpture worked nicely with the ring.

Check out her jewelry here: www.morphee-joaillerie.com and click the link there to get to her Facebook to see photos of the books with her jewelry.

These go along with the Wizard Of Oz book sculpture. They were a commission piece. Originally, the client only wanted the slippers done, but I went a little crazy and did a whole scene. But, as promised, did the slippers as well.

Sweet, innocent Reagan stands with a rose for her mother. Little does she know what is lurking behind her. Made from a 1980's copy of "The Exorcist" , this is the largest sculpture I have done to date. Both figures are wired through the book for stability and finished with a UV spray to protect against sun and moisture. The devil figure stands approximately 17 inches high. The tail has a wire center and can be twisted to any position desired.

Peter Pan, Wendy, and Tinkerbell fly across the Never-Sea...and right over Captain Hook's pirate ship! This book sculpture is contained in a thick glass dome which measures approximately 7 1/2" in diameter by 7 1/2" high. Illustrations are taken from a 1957 version of J.M. Barrie's most loved work, "Peter Pan and Wendy", illustrations by Marjorie Torrey.

Finally finished this little guy. Hooray for stumbling upon EXACTLY what you needed at an antique sale! I'm going to give this one to my husband's grandmother. She's a bird lover but not mobile enough to get out too much anymore. Hoping he cheers her up a bit!

This listing is for the angel wreath only.

This wreath is about 17 inches round. It is made from the pages of a hymnal from the 1800's. The angel in the center of the wreath is also made from the hymnal pages and holds a trumpet.

The pages are fixed to a light weight foam board backing with attached hanging hook. The whole wreath weighs less than 1 pound. Because of the age and free standing position of the pages, this wreath is fragile. It is finished with a UV coating to protect it from sun and moisture, but I would not suggest hanging it outside.
