~ cold starter: Roasted red peppers, marinated with goat cheese ~ warm starter: Eggplant baked with ham, zucchini, tomatoes, garlic and camembert ~ soup: Hens soup with vegetables and passata, with fried semolina hearts ~ main course: Pork steak with asparagus and spicy marinated shrimp, roast potatoes. ~ vegetable salad: Salad of sugar melon, feta cheese, black olives and red onion. ~ dessert: Breaded pie with plums and crumble & Orange stuffed foam of white wine and orange.
