I know i promised to do disney girls first- but try to believe me- this design was originally sketch for Mulan. But I had so much fun playing with it and in the end it didn't look anything like Mulan. So i made some adjustments and was so nice to accept it as her Kiriban prize. Originally she asked for something based on japanese kimono with dark vivid colors
A few years ago I worked together with Zoltan Boros and Gabor Szikszai. They worked on a Magic the Gathering card (called 'Wheel of the Sun and moon' for the Shadowmoor expansion) and they asked me to make an ornamental background (sketch) for this card. You can see the result on the upper part of the picture.
