Dempsey, Spyro, Nikolai and Richtofen nodded together and said their good-byes to the villagers.
"You be careful do you understand me? I will not tolerate anything bad happening. I will desecrate your corpses if you die." Toran growled, but a sad twinkle in his eyes. The humans and the purple dragon nodded.
"We will old timer," assured Dempsey. "We will."
The group turned to the main crowd that had gathered. The crowd erupted into applause and roars of hope as the group took to the air and headed to the Well of Souls.
Lenin took the three humans rather easily. He seemed to have gotten much better and stronger. Spyro seemed to have gotten stronger as well.
"Guys..." Spyro began. "I must fight Gaul alone..." To his surprise, he only received nods. &

Spyro watched the once evil black dragoness named Cynder, shrink into a much smaller being about his size. Spyro didn't have time to think, for the portal that Cynder had placed the crystal containing Ignitus's powers began to collapse and suck everything in.
"Dude, we gotta get out of here!" said Sparx, more than ready to leave.
"I can't just leave her here! I've got to save her!" shouted Spyro, watching as Cynder was slowly being pulled in.
"What?! Save the beast that's been trying to kill us?!"
"That wasn't her fault! She was being used by the Dark Master!" Spyro said adamantly.
Spyro then flew back the moment Cynder was pulled in. Moments later, Spyro was flying out of the portal with Cynder in his forepaws.
"Now we can go!"
"Right behind you buddy!" exclaimed Sparx, relieved they were finally moving.
Spyro beat his wings as hard and as fast as he could towards the portal that opened on the other side of Convexity with Sparx right behind him. Before he could

"Mmm. I can taste the flesh of those undead monsters already." Nikolai was holding onto his gun very tightly, grinning devilishly while doing so. For a moment, Dempsey swore he could see a flash of red in Nikolai's eyes.
"Uhh, you're kidding right? You're not actually thinking about eating these guys, right?" chuckled Dempsey nervously.
"Why? Are you afraid of me?" Nikolai asked.
"Umm, no. I was asking, because, uhh, that would be disgusting. Yeah, Im not afraid of you." said Dempsey.
Before Nikolai could answer, a loud whoosh could be heard while Takeo, completely ignoring the two, torched down his first zombie. Dempsey held his BAR at the ready, trying to completely ignore the fact that Nikolai was watching Dempsey with confusion.
Before long, the hordes were funneling into the hallway while the three fired away at them. Ta

"Man fuck you, I'll make out with my guns whenever I want to." Dempsey growled. He kissed his guns again, though this time more to spite Richtofen instead of actual happiness.
Richtofen sighed and looked at his upgraded MP-40.
"You know, you need a proper name. MP-40 doesn't seem quite right, from this moment henceforth, you are now zhe Afterburner." he proclaimed.
"What? You actually named your gun Richtofen?" Nikolai asked, giving him a weird look.

TLoS: Warlord Takeo Ch. 9Takeo awoke from his sleep, his vision blurry and his head throbbing. It was very late as there were no lights coming from inside the Temple and outside the window, the stars were twinkling. He absent mindedly grabbed his Eviscerator and checked to see if it was loaded. After confirming, he felt a bit sheepish for having gotten into this habit of constant checks with the Eviscerator. Digging around in his backpack, he was shocked to see the food he and his other human cohorts had stolen from the pirate ship during their imprisonment had not molded or gone stale. He layed the food out on the table and sorted through it, finally grabbing some odd colored bread. He sniffed it, but smelled nothing wrong with it. He squeezed it and it crunched with the freshness of it coming out of the oven.&

Zoidius sighed. He knew they would ask, he just didn't know when.
"Well, do you remember when I was telling you guys about my past when we were on the pirate ship?"

After about five minutes, the dragon stood back up and was teary eyed.

"Yeah, just me though."
"Do the other Guardians have offspring and do they know about you?"
"Not that I know of and Ignitus knows about me, I don't know about Terrador and Volteer though."
"I would've thought that being a Guardian and all that, there would a rule or something that says 'You are forbidden to have children'." said Sparx. He flew in to get a closer look at Zoidius, trying to see any resemblence. Zoidius turned his head to look at Spyro.

"Of course. You don't believe one such as myself would be foolish enough to ignore the news of the lands?" Ignitus chuckled.
Takeo smiled. "I guess I should've known better."
