It was times like these that made me jealous of Sonic, Knuckles, and the others who managed to get all the cool super powers while I can barely tighten a bolt. Oh sure, flying is great when you're trying to reach the top shelf in your pantry, but it doesn't do much good when you're trying to mount something as heavy as a wing onto a fuselage and a bolt manages to get stuck. The scene quickly transitioned from a feline newscaster to what appeared to be an overhead view of the city of Mobotropolis, with the camera facing the streets below. As per the description of the newscaster, a large number of red, humanoid robots had formed a battle line at one end of the main road and were slowly making their way up the street, destroying anything that stood in their way.

After his vision cleared and everything came into focus he realized he was in the medical bay, laying in the same bed that Cosmo had when they had discovered the sensor in her brain. He did not remember how he came to be here but suspected someone had carried him from the bridge.
