You sat at the table waiting for your daddy to get done cooking. As He was cooking the fish, memories of America ran through his head again, from when he first accepted England to what happened three days ago. He spaced out so much he forgot what he was doing and smoke started feeling the room, and you start to cough. "Cough, cough, daddy cough!" he hears your coughing and snaps out of his daze "huh!? Oh bloody hell!" he turns off the stove and opens the window to let the smoke out then runs to you "I'm so sorry love!" he picks you up and takes you to the living room as you try to stop coughing.
Your daddy had the worst feeling in the world right now, the last thing he wanted to do was make you sick. He holds you in his arms your head leaning against his soft chest as you cough. After a few minutes you're coughing it calms down and your daddy holds you even closer. "He Hello" Arthur managed to stutter out when the girl stared up at him. Those (e/c) eyes were wide with shock, like she had been caught doing something she shouldn't have been. A small smile appeared on Arthur's face, she was absolutely adorable.
"May I ask your name?" Arthur asked.
"It's (Na Name)" she replied shyly.
"(Name)" Arthur tested the sound before continuing "You can call me Arthur. Are you hungry (Name)?" At that moment her tummy let out an almighty growl, answering Arthur's question. It took all Arthur had not to laugh at his little guest; thinking it would be rude if he did. Gathering (Name) back into his arms Arthur stood up and made his way to the kitchen.
Sitting (Name) on the counter, Arthur though about what he should make for them to eat. All the other countries had always made fun of his cooking, saying it was bland and inedible, what if (Name) didn't like his cooking either? Alfred had always eaten whatever Arthur made, but then again Alf

After walking for what seemed like hours you crouched under the only bit of shelter you could find. (h/c) strands stuck to your forehead and the sides of your face, the material of your (f/c) dress clung to your small frame and no longer gave any protection from the harsh elements.
Your eyelids became heavy and you had almost slipped completely into a deep sleep when there was a sudden flash of light.

The rain was still hammering against the windows as Arthur tried to slip off his jacket without letting go of the tiny girl in his arms. She was ice cold when he had first picked her up and she hadn't got much better.
After finally hanging up his jacket Arthur made his way into the living room, grabbing a towel off the pile of clean washing as he walked past. He wrapped the towel around her trying to dry her off as much as possible. It worried Arthur that she hadn't woke up yet, and wondered if he should take her to a hospital, but that would mean going back out into that storm.
To Arthurs relief she started to warm up and was almost completely dry after a few minutes. Laying her gently on the sofa Arthur walked over to the fireplace hoping to get some warmth from starting a fire.
Before returning to the young girl's side he quickly ran upstairs to get changed out of his damp clothes. It was then that he remembered he still had some of Alfred's old clothes hidden in one

Arthur was sat in the world conference room with his head in his hands. He had only been sat there ten minutes and already countries had started yelling at each other. The only small relief was Francis hadn't chosen to pick a fight with him. The meeting had turned into a disaster but the worst part was Arthur had to leave (Name) at home and all he could do was worry. Sure, Flying Mint Bunny and a few of his fairy friends, which (Name) could also see, was looking after her but Arthur felt like he had left part of him there.
"Arthur-san" Arthur glanced up at his Japanese friend.
"Sorry I wasn't paying attention. What do you need?" Arthur lifted his head completely out of his hands.
"Nothing really, it's just I noticed you not yourself today." Arthur chuckled. Trust Kiku to notice something was wrong, even in all the chaos that was round them at the moment. Kiku took the seat next to Arthur "If you wish to talk about it I will be more than willing to listen."

It was a partially warm and sunny day, but Arthur was stuck inside, trapped by a mountain of paperwork. Sitting back in his chair, he stared at papers as if to make sure he wasn't seeing thing. How he had let his work pile up like that he didn't know, but he did know it was going to take him the whole day to sort through it all.
The door to his study creaked open and (Name) peered in.
"Arthur, come play outside" (Name) called as she ran over to him. Arthur looked into those pleading (e/c) eyes and suddenly remembered why he had left his work for so long. He was almost going to fall for the same trap yet again.
"I'm sorry (Name) but I can't play with you today" Arthur told her. "We'll play outside tomorrow as long as I get all this work done." (Name) nodded before running off.
"Now where should I start?" Arthur questioned as he lifted up some of the papers only to knock another pile onto the floor. Letting out a sigh, he just knew this was going to be a long day.

Arthur could see the tears well up in (Name)'s eyes. He had been doing so well up until the sudden outburst. Maybe he was just tired or stressed because of the world conference, but still, that was no excuse. There had been no reason for yelling at her.
He wanted to tell her he was sorry but his mouth became dry and he couldn't get the words past his lips. It was quickly becoming awkward as the silence stretched on. (Name) quietly ate the rest of her scone, getting clotted cream round her face.
Not knowing what to say Arthur wiped some of the cream off (Name)'s face.
You held back the tears the best you could. Arthur suddenly yelling at you had given you a scare at worst, but he quickly softened. After finishing off the scone you looked into his green eyes and could see the sorrow from before return, his eyes losing all their shine.

Arthur dropped into his seat and closed his eyes. He had been at the world conference four hours now but it already felt like days. The meeting didn't seem to be going anywhere so they had agreed on heading for their lunch break. Arthur had taken the opportunity to ring home. (Name) had answered so quick Arthur would have guessed she had been sat by the phone waiting for him to call.
Before leave the house Arthur had made sure he locked all the windows and doors. He had also spent the whole night before working on his magic and managed to put a barrier around the house. This was the fourth time Arthur had to go to a world conference and left you on your own. You couldn't see why you couldn't go with him. You were a country too. It was late afternoon. Flying Mint Bunny was having a nap in the living room so you really felt alone. You were sat in the kitchen by the phone waiting for it to ring.

You were sat on Arthur's lap while he took a sip of his tea. Sat opposite the two of you was a blonde haired man with bright blue eyes.
