Woohoo! I finally put up a picture of our Chrono Trigger group! It was actually taken on stage after our performance, which we did at Wai-Con in January 2012, in which our group won Best Skit! Hooray!
The Robo costume was actually started earlier in January, after initially joking that I would fill in the gap in their group by making a GIANT ROBOT. And... it actually worked out pretty well! It took a while to get this done though, and I ended up working pretty hard and stressing out, but so much thanks to the group for helping me do little things here and there. Specific thanks too to Lisa for drafting the legs, torso and speaker when I was too dead from stress to work my head around the shapes, and for also weathering the paint when I was at work and didn't have time to come over.
Robo is made out of a micture of craft foam (mostly yoga mats), hula hoops, cardboard and assorted bits and pieces of plastics and junk. The eyes are also made from LEDs and light up, which are pretty cool! The only bad thing about this robot was that it had limited movement, and also I wore it on a very, VERY hot day in summer, so it was kind of like... cosplaying in a portable sauna.
Still, it was heaps of fun cosplaying in this group, and I'll have more photos up soon!

Special thanks to Rogue and Arrix for being our amazing Stage Ninjas and helping me achieve ROCKET PUNCH!
