All it can do is copy other Pokemon. The thing is almost useless is normal gameplay. I mean, the ability to copy an opponent's Pokemon is interesting, but then you've just got two of the same things fighting each other. If you start with Ditto, they get a free attack before you transform, and god forbid you put it in on a switch. Even with its Dream World ability, which copies their stats, if you don't have a super-effective move, you're screwed.
