I was fairly (translation: VERY) disappointed by how little we got to know about Miraak and also that his looks didn't really match his voice in my head.
So I took it upon myself to remodel his face and give him more of a dragon-like look, and personally, I like it.
The next step would be to make him a voiced follower, but I don't know how to do it... right at least. If there is someone out there experienced with creating custom made followers with unique voices it would be awesome if you could help to give this character the voice of Miraak. Since the original actor would be hard to find, it would be easier to get the original voice files from Dragonborn and re-edit them.
The thought is that after having absorbed many dragon souls and with growing ambition and wish to dominate like the Dov, Miraak has become more and more like a dragon, allowing him to gain some of the immortality that the dragons posses (with a little help from Hermaeus Mora).
I believe this to be something that could happen to the Dovahkiin, the player character. Comments by Paarthurnax and Miraaks actions in the past indicates that the Dovahkiin can become as dominant and ambitious as the Dovah.
Miraak also states that "Through the power of your soul I can return to Tamriel", which could mean that if the Dovahkiin loses their fight, his or her soul will be absorbed by Mirakk. This is true in Miraaks case, as upon his defeat you absorb HIS soul which is worth ten dragon souls, plus any souls he might have "stolen" from you during the course of the main quest.
Quite dark huh?
Oh well, for now, he looks like a badass.
I have used the textures from the Noz-Dor-Mu mod by Kampfsteak skyrim.nexusm...m/mods/33799//? , who unfortunately have been banned from the Nexus, which makes it difficult for me to ask permission to use those textures in a Miraak mod, but the idea for such a mod, fully voiced still exists and can be created.
Kampfsteak, if you're reading this, please let me know if I have your permission to use these textures.
And I can't edit my Miraaks face unto the Miraak in this mod. I'll keep trying, but the question is if it's worth it, without the permission of Kampfsteak, that sort of mod would never see the light of day...
Ah well, I will keep trying, it can be done, it has to be done!
EDIT: Changed Miraaks name to its correct spelling in dragontongue.
Another pixel art imagey thingamy, this one is a skyrim character with the nightingale armour set equipped. I think I went a bit lazy with the swords towards the end and had to lighten all the dark shades as it just looked like a mess towards the end unless you zoomed in on it.
