I went to see one when I was a kid, but I don't remember it very well because I was really little. I think I was around 5 years old XD Also, apparently one of them started flirting with my mom because she looks kind of like a Native American and was wearing traditional clothes, so they thought she was one of them. XD (She's actually Algerian, but looks a bit Asian because her old ancestors were from Asia).

The presence of feathers in Dinosauria in 6 pointsThis is the long awaited post for my point of view on this question. I finally finished it inspired by the recent post of the deviantartist karkajou1993.The presence of feathers in Dinosauria in 6 points3 years ago in Personal More Like This
EDIT: Now there is an updated and corrected blog post of this entry! Check it out: http://ktboundary-smnt2000.blogspot.it/#!/2013/01/the-presence-of-feathers-in-dinosauria.html
EDIT 2: the blog version has been updated with some new infos after an interesting post by Matt Martyniuk (link: http://dinogoss.blogspot.it/2013/09/youre-doing-it-wrong-dino-foot-scales.html). Go to read it!
1 - The ancestor of Dinosauria is feathered. Now we have proof that feathers were present both in theropods (Sinosauropteryx, Epidexipteryx, Velociraptor, Beipiaosaurus, Dilong, Anchiornis, etc..) other than ornithischians (Tianyulong, Psittacosaurus). Even i
The Sci-Fi Paintings of Alex KimI came across Alex Kim (~FotoN-3) a while ago and was blown away by his work. He's built up an audience on deviantART, but I'm surprised that his works haven't gotten even more attention than they already have. I just love his style. Mass Effect 3 - Happy Ending Mod...Mass Effect 3 - Happy Ending Mod3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Yet again the Mass Effect Fandom proved that it will not leave the ending in the state it was presented in the game. A certain (fan!) mod was created (and is right now in the testing phase) a Happy Ending Mod for ME3. We can destroy the Reapers, Shepard lives (EDI and Geth too) and most importantly of all we don't have to worry about the Star Child.
Instruction how to install it and the mod itself can be found here:
You can also check how the mod works here on youtube:

Beyond the Extended Cut... I will reignite. And so the end creeped upon us. With the Extended Cut behind me I can finally say that I've seen the full extent of how BioWare wanted to end the Mass Effect trilogy... And I disliked it. Don't get me wrong, the Extended Cut is a vast improvement over the vanilla endings and I think that everyone should check it out - but it is still the same unfitting ending, it is still something taken out from another story and sewn onto Mass Effect's glistening skin, with it still kicking and screaming (yes, this is just a personal opinion and no, I am not bitter about that - I just dislike how it ended). The themes that made Mass Effect so great are still either nowhere to be found, or twisted around to present a vision I just cannot accept as something that belongs there. My fanface is itching, my writer sense tingling... Not the way I want to end one of the greatest sci-fi experiences of my nerdy little life.Beyond the Extended Cut... I will reignite.3 years ago in Personal More Like This
There will be no extended cuts to the Extended Cut. Either you love the current finale,

How to make a viking dressI used to be a part of one history reenactment group some time ago. Such groups basically reconstruct elements of daily life of people from a selected time period; my group was interested in early Middle Ages, from the 8th to the 11th century, from the Eastern and Northern Europe. Personally, I used to reconstruct a viking woman from today's Sweden areas. Most of you will be shocked, but vikings were not half-naked barbarians with horned helmets. They had no horned helmets. Really. How to make a viking dress2 years ago in Art Features More Like This
Anyway, my favourite part of reenactment has always been all the suit making. Buing materials, planning, cutting, sewing (hand sewing!), embroidering. Then, wearing. Generally, viking clothes are very easy to make, though I admit that the materials aren't the cheapest, if you want to make it as much accurate historically as you can.
Our goal: a simple dress, no emboirdery. This is actually my first viking dress I've ever made.
I've prepared a simple tut
OH RAGE OH DISPAIRThis is probably going to end up being a big wall of who-gives-a-fuck, but I REALLY need to get a few things off my chest and then I'll get back to work, I swear. This will probably be very disorganized and contain mean and inciteful shit, so read it or don't. I don't care.OH RAGE OH DISPAIR3 years ago in Personal More Like This
There are things that I like about interacting with others and also a great deal of things that I absolutely hate - like having to bite my tongue for the sake of being polite. If I can't tell someone that they're doing something that's fucking pissing me off without some weird disproportionate reaction, I can at least let it out here so that it doesn't fester into a mental illness. I meditate, yeah, but it takes years of training to be able to do the Vulcan thing and express my emotions internally. That, and THAT'S FUCKING UNNATURAL. So here we go, if you're okay with possibly having your day ruined, go ahead and read on, but don't say I didn't

you do NOT have permission to...I just need to b*tch about this a bit, because I'm sick of seeing my art being used without permission.you do NOT have permission to...3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Which actually happens a LOT.
once and for all:
You do not have permission to use my artwork. Period.
You may NOT trace it, alter it, use it as a stock image, claim it as yours, use it as your icon anywhere, or anything like that. And don't ask me for permission to do so either, because I won't give you permission.
And if I find out you've done any of this, I will report you.
What you may do, however, is draw fanart of my characters on the condition that you credit me for the character and link back to my page.
I love getting fanart <3
but I hate art theft.
(and I'm not a nice person when it comes to people stealing my art)
You do NOT have permission to use my artwork.
so don't bother asking for it either

A New Year ReflectionBefore I begin with this journal, I would like to ask you, my fellow deviants, friends and watchers....Do you drink coffee?A New Year Reflection5 months ago in Personal More Like This
Tell me, how did it taste like when your took a sip of that black liquid for the first time? Was it bitter? Was it sweet? Was it something strange and out of the ordinary? Did it leave a bad taste in your mouth?
To me, it was very bitter and I didn't like the taste at all. But as I grew up, that bitter drink became a part of my life; from an occasional drink to become a regular beverage of the day. I guess, if you think of it, that's how life is to many of us. When something bitter happened, it left us with a bad taste, but then as we grow up, that bitterness became a part of our life even to the point where we are accustomed to it. Regardless whether that bitterness was a fear of something, a loss, life's issues, or simply crisis, they always say "Problems are there to make you better, not bitter".
But that's just something to think about. It came into my
Fanfiction Temptation.I don't draw other people's characters very often, and I generally advise other people not to either, because, unless you're actually being EMPLOYED to do so; you're not getting anything out of it. You're not promoting yourself or your own ideas but giving a big company free advertising. You're spending time and effort cementing someone else's IP into the public consciousness when you should be doing the same for your own.Fanfiction Temptation.1 month ago in Personal More Like This
That said, messing around in worlds that you did not have a hand in creating is a lot of fun. I do it myself and feel very guilty for it because I should really be focusing on my own.
These fanfiction concepts include:
A massive crossover of science fiction universes that sees Star War’s Empire and Star Trek’s Star Fleet fighting above the titular construct from Halo….which has been overrun by Daleks.
A Sonic the Hedgehog origin story, charting the arrival of Dr Robotnik.
A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tale that fo

Robocop 2.0The Robocop reboot was one of the few acts of lazy plagiarism that I wasn’t really bothered by, and was in fact looking forward to.Robocop 2.01 year ago in Personal More Like This
“WHAAAT?!” I hear some cry. “You can’t mess with a classic!”
To them I ask: Have you watched the original recently?
Unlike, say, Ghostbusters (1984), the original Robocop has not aged well, mostly because it was a satire and satirical comedy/comedy based on popular culture tends to date very quickly.
Also, because of the limitations of special effects at the time: Peter Weller now looks decidedly goofy clomping around “future” Detroit in that clunky costume. I’ve no idea how restrictive it was, but I’ve a sneaking suspicion that he took the Anthony Daniels approach to playing a robot and made a point of moving like the Tin Man in a monsoon.
The reboot has ditched the satirical slant of the original and become a character-based drama. Those hoping for a repeat of the ‘87

The first is Afghanistan which shouldn’t require explanation. The second is Albania, that goes back to the 50’s when the U.S. used Nazi collaborators like Xhafer Deva try to depose the Communist regime.
Third is Kissinger’s duplicity in Argentina’s “dirty war” giving the Foreign Minister Admiral Guzzetti approval to go ahead, “the quicker you succeed the better”, in 1976.

I would like to dedicate this journal, to wish you all a Happy New Year, and may this new year brings us more blessings, wealth and health as compared to previous years. Let us look forward to welcome this 2015!
On the other hand, I would like to confess that at the moment I am feeling rather confused.
As of recent event, i have just received news that my best friend life's had perished on the Air Asia flight QZ8501 from Surabya to Singapore. Someone whom I met back in Uni, studied together and supported each other trough thick and thin, a man of great heart and big shoulder, he was meant to celebrate new year in Singapore but now has gone away to a higher place.
He has greatly supported me in setting up my DeviantArt and bringing to this wonderful artistic communities. I owe him alot for his support especially to the Historically Wrong Sketch Series th
