Mario will be my 100th model, and sometimes they're all over the house... I wanted to keep them a bit more together, so I made these new shelves.

But there's still not enough room to put them all... ;o)

So my Advance Wars and Star Trek models will have to stay where they are, I guess. ;o)

There was a wall in my way, so I couldn't get back far enough to take one complete picture, so I copy-pasted a couple of them together (before you ask me why the shelves are so crooked... ;o)

The "crown" blade of the key requires a lot of careful pre-shaping and the use of a toothpick to assemble, but it turned out pretty nice!

It looks like Facebook's timeline layout will soon no longer be optional but mandatory, so yesterday I made a banner that will go on top of my Facebook profile featuring some of the paper models you can download from my papercraft webpage.

(Updated as of 12/6/11 with some new stuff)

Here's my bunch of scaled Zelda 64 models, of which the more you make, the more cool they look together in a group! Ignoring <1cm innaccuracies on some, only the Poe isn't to size, because if it was scaled it would be a massive +20cm box. No odd one out for this latest pic though...

...My Skullkid is getting very shabby looking these days :/

All except 3 were designed by me so if you have any questions about the templates then feel free to ask.

Left to right:

Elegy Link, Elegy Zora, Elegy Deku, Lake Scientist, Young Malon, Master Sword in Pedestal, Guru Guru, Malon, Toto, Professor Shikashi, Grog, the Postman, Zora, Skull Kid, Endgame Link, Rauru, Poe, Stalchild.

Almost all (plus a few not shown here) can be found on my blog, Hyrule Papercraft: [link]

Ones by other people can be found on Nintendo Papercraft: [link]

Personal Faves: Elegy Zora, Grog, Endgame Link, Young Malon.

For the past two years the focus of my large papercrafts has been Mass Effect. But having done models of my favourite squad mates I needed to turn to something else.

So I learned how to extract models and textures from Team Fortress 2, a game that has entertained me massively from mid 2008 to early 2012. I don't play it much anymore but wanted to do a tribute to my main class, the enigmatic, shambling bag of crazy that is the Pyro!

This is a papercraft template which you can download and use to print and build your very own! There's even four different hats available! He's RED by default, but if you want a BLU one, then the textures are provided so you can swap them around (see notes in download pack).

Additional info within the download file and on PDO/PDF #1. Any other questions, feel free to ask.

-------Read Before Downloading-------

It's a 35.9MB RAR file which contains PDFs and PDOs to print from or use as references. ~40cm tall, 27 pages and 259 pieces including the flamethrower and all 4 hats.

You can open the RAR archive with software such as WinRAR, Alzip, 7Zip. Just search around! ;)

You can open the PDO files with Pepakura Viewer downloadable free here: www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en…

Please do use this as it's immensely helpful as a resource and will show you exactly where parts go. It doesn't work on Macs unfortunately though.

Difficulty: 8/10 (Large pieces, flamethrower is a chore)

Although the Forestmen sometimes attacked the Black Knight's castles and strongholds, most of the time they got along just fine! ;o)

Batman!
For my friend's birthday.
He loves Batman a lot. He has figures of Batman, Joker, Two-Face etc in a display case with their boxes and such.
He was thrilled when I gave him this.
Painted with acrylic to make it look neater and clean.

To make this a fair battle, Captain Redbeard was not allowed to use his flintlock pistol. ;o)

The test build is finished! I didn't encounter any big problems, but as always, there are always some small thing I like to change on the final version, so that's what I'll be doing next.

Of course I'll also change the colour of Link's tunic from this "Paladin White" to his regular "Hero Green".

Stay tuned for more updates: [link]
