Processing: - Slight exposure and WB adjustments in Adobe Camera Raw - Removed a dust spots - Shadows/Highlights on Light channel - Selective Curves and an overall Curves layer - Curves layers with blend modes for some texture on rock - Slight colour and contrast boosts on horizon line - Resized and selectively sharpened for website - Added a slight vignette - Add border and signature.
This is another shot from my recent Bamburgh Castle trip with friend of mine Marek. I wanted to get a shot of the castle with it's golden light... unlucky, sun was rise well behinde scene! However... this one more are more dramatic skyes I ever seen! Fighting with camera and hail rain I was shouting to another camera man: Still beter than at work! Guess wath? He was at work. Happy days!
Port na Crois is a hamlet near Farland Head in North Ayrshire, Scotland. This old jetty is such an impressive subject to photograph. The warm morning light, the snowy peaks, beatifull costline...what more do you need.
