It's almost a year now since they've met, and months since she admits her feelings to him. Herbie sat on her bed thinking that she'd known that Pumpkin Prince for so long that she wonders if she really wanted him. Sure he was one of the two school friends that took her to the prom, and again, greeted her back when the Demon Queen decided to try and make peace with the other kingdoms. She had felt that rush, that beat in her heart, the tears she cried for him and the lips she kissed.
But if there's anything that Herbie can see, after all those times she'd spent time with him, is that she knows when he's the happiest.
Herbie knew Carmel the moment Gordie introduced the apple girl to her; the way Herbie saw her, is that she's the mixture of both herself and the man she's eyeing: strong, brave, and courageous; yet sweet, sensitive and loyal. Carmel had that closeness that had her easy to approach the prince; the only thing Herbie cannot do. If Carmel sees him as a friend, Herbie kept seein

Hello, There! My name's Bit! You may know me as that young dude at the guitars in the band Prince Fours, Ooo's most Popular Boy Band Royalty!...Or at least that's what my brothers call themselves. Welcome to the story of my life, not as a boyband slash prince, but as, well, myself.
Now, first off, I'm the youngest of four brothers who's born with musical talents. My eldest, Leroy, though he's very silent and barely utters a word, had the luck of playing smooth pieces with his bass. He's also pretty good with other instruments, it's just that he prefer the strings above all.
My second eldest, Jackie, is our lead singer. He's really stupid. And I'm being honest here, he's arrogant and all, but nobody seem to care cuz he's always lucky! He always picks on me and my bro, Morglark, which, as you can tell, is annoying. But He is a sensible leader at times, and he had his moments of sheer awesome when it hits him.
The third is, as i mentioned, Morglark, or Morgie as w

and Cal was almost home.
He had gotten caught up in the Shopping Kingdom. Lilac's birthday was coming up and he'd wanted to find the perfect present for her. He figured it would be fine that he'd be a day late; yes he'd promised his sister three days and yes she had been very worried, but this wasn't his first time making this trip. The worst that had ever happened was that she came after him once when he was twelve. He'd caught her just on the outskirts of the forest and walked home with her.
Cal knew these woods like the back of his hand and, consequently, knew that they were dangerous. He kept a small knife easily accessible in his back pocket just in case and had long ago learned how to climb a tree in ten seconds flat. Lost in his thoughts, he stumbled over a tree root. He caught himself quickly but froze when he heard a low growl.
He looked around nervously to find three wolves appearing from the brush. Cal reached into his pocket and grabbed his knife. Holding it out

"I'll only be gone for three days," Cal laughed. He took the papers anyway and tucked them safely away in his pocket.
"That doesn't mean you won't get lonely out there on your own!" She let out a little sigh and crossed her arms. "I still don't see why I can't come with you."
Cal sighed and hooked his arm around her neck. "How many times do I gotta tell ya? I gotta go through the forest and that ain't safe for a girl."
The small teen wiggled out of her brother's grasp. "I'm fifteen Calvin, I can walk through the woods! Besides, what if I get lonely here without you?" She put on her best puppy-dog face hoping that maybe today would be the day she finally won this ongoing argument.
The orange haired boy smiled broadly. "So that's what it's a

To anyone else it would seem as though the small cottages of the village were randomly strewn about, but to him they made perfect sense. His eyes trailed through them, every now and then pausing on one. Behind him laid the Aquarium Kingdom, only three or four miles back over flat grassland. He'd gotten close to this place before; twice in fact. It wasn't hard to spot the small collection of homes, so why hadn't he? He didn't want to dwell on it.
Calvin descended down the hill slowly. it wasn't surprising to him for some reason that no one was moving about outside. The sun was sinking; everyone in the village always ate dinner at nearly the same time. Usually knowledge like that would have him jumping for joy but, for a reason he couldn't put his finger on, it created a knot in the pit of his stomach.
He didn't have to think twice about the route he took. He wove through the buildings expertly, his fingers occasionally grazing the old, creaky wood of them. In the center of the circle of

The worst part was, he knew this. He'd always paled in comparison to his older brother and, honestly, he hadn't minded. Lucas had been born in the Stone Kingdom and he was just as well-versed and refined as anyone from there.
Jeremy, on the other hand, was soft. Born and raised in Atelpo Village, his paretns had wanted to give him a chance to break tradition. Though they'd gone back to the Stone Kingdom when he was five, his brother had continued to baby him to no extent.
