where snowstorms melt heaven and hell into one
giant mass of fear and slow fading
you pass by like a ball of fire.
Thank you for warming my heart
after every night
when the wolves come.
Their paws feel colder than winter itself.
Somewhere past the post-apocalyptic,
broken, denied parts of my mind
you stop by like a sun
crushing my ground to heat it up.
Thank you for warming my heart
after every nightfall in my soul
every moment of doubt.
Your smiles are never the killing kind.

and a meadow without flowers
and an ocean without souls
Sometimes a dream sticks with you
and haunts you like a story
told for you, only you
sometimes autumn turns into spring
and you don't even know where the days went.
Sometimes Christmas is one week before Easter.
Sometimes you wake up
and feel sorry.
Dangerous valleysWandering through darkened valleys,Dangerous valleys5 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
where the sun shines half as bright,
I wonder where the culprits lie
and wait for steps in their realm.
Webs are cast and fortunes robbed
while right beside the path is safety;
right between the poison bushes
robbers do not dare to wait.
But after hours of hold-ups, softly,
flesh and skin dissolve with wealth
and fall from mind and other myths
to stay within the darkened vales.
The wanderer, though, must carry on
and carry one of those who robbed him
to a place where rays of sunlight
sometimes do touch solid ground.
And should, through aeons, they be found
he'll have to point the way to valleys,
where his bones and body lie,
old and sleeping in the dark.
In time they will take form and rise
and in their emptiness will seek
to take from others what they miss
and lie within the shadows, waiting
for a wanderer with wealth and mind.

You took sugar, salt and spice
and left me monsters, castles and knights
to cook our meals with.
Cant you see this isnt enough?
You say youll be paid some day,
and till then, well survive, somehow.
But the cupboard is empty to all but us,
and to me, its contents are fading.
You built good dreams
they lasted longer than all the others.
What kind of preservatives did you use?
I bet it was sugar and lemon and love.
You knew that this way, Id never get enough.

It's not real.
I'll wake up and there you'll be again.
I've never been in denial like this before.
I saw you.
But I can't comprehend how it could be possible.
It doesn't make any sense at all.
So instead of accepting the fact that it happened,
I'll push fact away and rely on fiction.
It didn't happen.
You'll be there when I wake up.
End of story.
It's a dream, after all.
So when I come back in the morning,
You will be right next to me,
Whining, looking at me with those big eyes,
Because you're not dead-
On the contrary, you're quite alive.
You will be there, waiting for me.
All I have to do is go to sleep.

Hoth was cold.
It wasn't the kind of cold he was used to; this was a permeating, biting chill that he felt could freeze the flesh off his bones, the kind that seeped through whatever layers you wore like ice water. It numbed his fingertips, despite the thick, woollen gloves, and stuck to the side of his weather-beaten face in small crystals that he could scrape off with his hand. They didn't melt in his palm.
He carried on his path, trudging through thick snow and huddling against the harsh wind that he knew never ceased here, whether it carried snow with it or not. He heard it howling at night, an eerie and haunting sound that gave him chills. It made the night feel long. It made him feel alone. He stopped again, and looked around at the desolate whiteness. Nothing but snow and ice, perfect white from having never seen sentient presence here. He would not have been surprised to know his footsteps in the snow were the first the planet had ever seen. It was all lonely here

She aims the knife against her throat; "the one deeply wounded

The road was a bit bumpy, but he didn't mind all that much. In fact, it helped lull him to sleep. The drive had been long, and he wasn't very patient. The daytime hours were dull enough when he was free to do whatever he wanted too. For a moment he wondered just how long he would last at this new school. He pushed the thought aside and drifted back to sleep.
The next thing the prince was aware of was the sound of an angry girl yelling at him.
"Do you realize who this is?" he heard Avaric say. The prince peaked an eye open. Standing in front of him was a tall, lanky girl whose skin was as green as grass. Her face was green, her hands were green, and he could only assume that the rest of her was green as well. Was everyone at Shiz this color?
"I don't care who he is," the green girl answered. Then, turning to himself, she said, "Your car nearly knocked me over and you're sleeping?"
"Well of course, it's daytime," he stepped out of the car. "See you soon Avar

He also becomes Midnightmare when he eats strange swirly lollipops that Kenneth Kite created as a kids medicine gone wrong. Because of Diego and Jimmy's bad attempt to improve their fathers mini business, the lollipops ended up in Ilias's dressing room. He is pretty much, a hyper disaster.

"Wrong. According to Madame Daae, this is a 24-hour thing. You could probably eat something as heavy as pound cake & be better tomorrow."

I was a child, in a haunting, hasty autumn,
I was running on the shore like on the brink between two realms.
The time deserted, like a cloud of butterflies.
I was a summoning for The Golden Rain.
Bristle, saline, dried by barren winds our circle was.
I never knew rain.
But I knew it from the need of it.
A fan of multicouloured droplets
which were deeply missing inside us.
I layed on the warm shore
listening to The Great White Wave's steps fading away.
In the damp sand that was quenching its foam,
a tear had cristalized in a pearl, shining still wet.
I was looking at the sky as if it was a taboo land,
the circle in which a cristal marigold was blooming, The Freedom.
I was merely its shadow in a mirror
- the moment which Death betrays
the old circle, a throne in which lots of clay dolls
had climbed, or would climb, dead, inside the moment.
An unseen circle was splitting it in half.
One side was mirrorring the shore which the
sad and lonely wind was
AllTheThingsSheSaid-Gelphie 13When Galinda awoke from the same nightmare for the fourth time, she gave up on sleep for the day. She got dressed and left the room, running into a waiting Elphaba. She stretched up and kissed her passionately, not caring that Pfanee and Shenshen were running down the hallway, calling her. Slowly, her eyes closed until all she was aware of were her friends yelling. That dream, added on to her recurring nightmare was too much for the blonde.
In the nightmare Galinda chased after Elphaba, through a maze made of giant books. Schoolbooks, journals, books to read for fun Galinda couldnt find her crush, and she couldnt find her way out of the maze. No matter what path she tried, the ending of the dream was always the same. Galinda would hit a dead end and turn around, only to have her way sealed by the sudden arrival of a new book. She would always wake in tears, crying out for Elphaba.
Untitled.I sat upon a mountain top and held an empty jar. I waited til the sun came up, the trees burning like fire. I stood on my tip toes and held the jar up to the sky, I shut my eyes and trapped the rays inside. I drove slow the whole way home, holding the sun close to my heart. My whole car was glowing, the horizon in a jar. I brought the sky home to you and placed it in your hands, but you could only see the grayness, you said the world had no beauty left to give. That night you held the sunshine tightly while you slept. You can always lighten darkness, don't you dare forget.Untitled.3 years ago in Free Verse More Like This

Perhaps its this play, she mused, picking up the script-book to Romeo & Juliet. This love story must be confusing my subconscious emotions, making me believe myself to actually have romantic feelings toward a ditzy, popular, preppy girl. Having come to a logical solution, the green girl fit the book snugly back into its space on the bookshelf.
In Sorcery class, Galinda couldnt pay attention. She kept thinking about how much fun Elphie was during lunch, and Nessarose bursting in to ruin their fun. She was thinking about it so much, the teacup she was supposed to be levitating turned green. Madame Greyling was incredibly proud, nonetheless. Galinda just felt lucky none of her friends were in this class to see the color and guess to why the cup had turned the same color as the blondes roommate. After

My heart pounded against my chest as I watched him be pushed into that locker. Whose locker was that anyway? I don't think he cared. It didn't matter if R.J. would bleed. It didn't matter if the locker would get dented. It didn't matter who saw. It didn't matter to him at all. I couldn't believe it. We had just saved that douche the other day. Was he not able to feel? Couldn't he see that he was lowering my boyfriend's self-esteem? I don't think he could.

He chose not to.
