So, lately I've been tossing accessory idea's around in my head for gaming themed clothing that is recognizable, but not so costume-y that you wouldn't want to wear it out. This is one of my first creations under this theme (and in fact one of my first clothing creations using my own crochet patterns ^_^). It's basically just a simple fingerless glove design, but in colors reminiscent of Link's clothes/gloves from the Legend of Zelda. I also added in the triforce symbol (on the left hand of course, just like Link) so anyone that wears them can show off their true nature as the hero of time!
These are actually part of a set, with a matching hat, which can be found here: [link]
I made a new 3DS case, but now for my 3DS XL This time I made it with the Pokemon theme because of the new Pokemon X/Y! (I made it before buying the game, but only had time to upload the picture now...) It's in the same shape of the Zelda themed one I made for my small 3DS, but now it's crocheted ^^
Hi! It's a rice ball drawstring pouch! This little guy was so much fun to make, I might be making more soon. You can put all your small gadgets and nessisary items in this adorable rice ball drawstring pouch without all the bulk of a purse. Perfect for keeping track of everthing; all you have to do is open the pouch, then pull the string and it will revert back to rice ball form! You can buy him/her/it for $ 8.00, or 640 DeviantART points. If you want one, send me a note, or comment below. Not quite what you are looking for? No worries, this little fella is 100% customizable! So if you want the face or the size or the color of the ribbon changed, I can do that for you! In fact, the ribbon was going to be pink, but I thought the green looked nice,too... Thank you so much for all the comments ( I love comments!), favorites, and watches. Your support means a lot! Please do not use my work for anything without my permission ( like posting this image on another website without asking beforehand, or taking my original idea/ taking my idea and not giving credit; its not nice and it's also unethical). Thank you! --Edit-- Wow, thank you everybody for all the support! Thanks to every favorite, comment and veiw, this has become the most popular item in my gallery. It realy means a lot to me! Would you like to custom order something, or commission me? [link]
I started this beast back in December 2011, and finished him just the other day. A very, VERY easy project, but very time consuming. I made 158 4" granny squares and sewed them all together to make a rug that measures about 5' x 5'. All in all, a very fun project, and I love the way it turned out!
