I don't think I've ever spent this long on a drawing before! I spent most of yesterday and part of today on it. c': akjhdakjdhs I tried to put a lot of detail into it!
Anyways, this is my part of an Art trade with the super mega ultra awesome of our sona's as Jedis! (mine on the left, her Sirin on the right) I hope you don't mind this idea for the theme, when I saw Star Wars on the list an image of them with lightsabers came up in my head and wouldn't go away. xD
Except I forgot my dragonsona's markings. x( I'm an idiot. Also the top and very bottom of the picture got cut off.
My brother has this Star Wars Concept Art book from years ago, so I was looking through it for background ideas and ended up mashing a few different planets together. xD
Anyways, I wanted to draw you something epic, because you're always drawing gifts and things for people and I think you deserve more stuff! >:U
Request I got a while ago, for someone.. trying DESPERATELY to get out of my artblock. x_@ And I think this helped a bit..he's an Anthotiger Dark Sith Lord. o-o.. W00t~ Another anthro StarWars character~
The Old Ways still live in her as vibrantly as the blade of her lightbow glows. She adorns herself in not the trappings of a female warrior, but the conservative, even if modified, robes of a Jedi Master ages past. The rays of her bow arc and spiral, flaring like flames on a distant sun kissed by the solar winds as her anger grows steadily. She is wise beyond her years, but the callow nature of youth does little to suppress her rage. Her people have been hunted down and exterminated like pests even as they adopted the white flag of pacifism. Here she turns, showing the fangs of a wolf cornered and determined to save the last members of a dying breed...the Jedi Knight.
Done in honor of the old movies that didn't suck. Fuck you, George Lucas...you even had to go and rape the first saga, didn't you? Seriously, did Boba Fett absolutely HAVE to have the worst voice actor in the world redo his lines so he would sound Austrailian *no offense to aussies...you have wicked kickass voices*. The only thing good about these "prequels" is the series of cartoons on CARTOON NETWORK. That's it...
Anyways, Shadow Thorne as a Jedi Knight. Those grey things on her leg straps are Native American dance bells. She wears them no matter how I draw her *normal or a parody such as this* because she is normally an assassin and they remind her to remain in total control of her body movements at all times. Done with prismacolor pencils on grey cardstock.
Okay, this pic introduces a new character, a sable/black German shepherd named Metrion. As Kali, my werelioness fursona, is dressed as Darth Revan from Knights of the Old Republic, Metrion is dressed as the new Darth Traya in Knights II. Well, the armour I had on was Jal Shaya Battle Armour. Yes, this was a spoiler. Oh well. The background is supposed to be the planet, Malachor V, hence the poison vents. Yeah. Anyways...This took me a friggin' two days to complete, three if you count that it's nearly 2:30 in the morning as I post this. Hope this is good....And yes, Kali always had that Eye of Ra on her forehead; it was usually hidden under a hood or something.
Just a quick exercise to get me into the drawing mindset. You know, I never really thought in depth about how to get expressions out of beaks. I still need to work on consistency, but I'm satisfied with how they turned out. I'm definitely gonna do another one of these later.^^
"It hadn't been his first time in the brig. Clumsy mistakes, drunken sea-songs taken too far, and one too many insults to Stitchtail's mother had all landed him here before. Especially that one time he had kitchen duty and a knife somehow wound up in First Mate Ginson's soup. They still called it "Cutthroat Stew" to this day.
But for once in his life, Tooley had no idea what he had done wrong.
The weasel reached up and slid a heavily-patched cap from over his ear. Running his fingers over the rim, he counted out six holes that had been newly gnawed into the hat. Had it really been six days? No, two of those had been when he half expected he was going to be thrown overboard, and a third was from when they forgot to give him supper last night."

Tooley is pretty down on his luck. A blame sponge by his fellow crew, he has found himself thrown into the brig on account of the First Mate being poisoned. He is also cowardly and has a nervous tick for chewing holes into his, quite colorful, hat. Despite this however, Tooley strives to be useful and accepted among his fellow crewbeasts.
