the phone didn't give me even a moments rest as it started to ring when I walked through the door. I sighed, trying to compose myself before reaching for it, and picking up.
"STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER," My friend yelled at me, causing me to drop the phone. "What are you talking about Alexis?" I said, picking the phone up and holding it a couple inches away from my head. I heard her sigh before she continued in a reasonable volume.
"I'm sorry, it's just that... Rubes told me about what happened... with him breaking up with you. I was worried, because, well, remember back then, whenever you got upset? You always played a scary game. You were so addicted to them..." I sighed this time, sitting down at my computer desk and trying to keep my voice even. "I'm not playing anything, okay? I was going to bed. Don't worry about me. I may have thought I needed it after... my sister died... but I know better now. Just... enjoy your party."

It was spring in Canterlot, winter had just been cleaned and so that meant that it was also time to clean out old rooms and basements. Royalty was no execption.
Princess Celestia along with a few maids were down in her basement clearing out and cleaning old things. Celestia had just put away an old toy from when her and Luna where small fillies when a maid called out.
"Oh Princess! Over here"
"Yes, what is it?" Celestia asked as she made her way over to the maid, she then saw what the young maid was pointing at, an old mirror that was cracked and clouded with age.
"Is it magical, Princess?" the young maid inquired

UselessDo you think I'm having fun?Useless1 year ago in Free Verse More Like This
Sitting here in my room crying my eyes out?
Would fun be the word you would use?
I already feel useless enough,
I don't need you yelling at me,
I scream at myself daily,
When you aren't here I contemplate suicide,
I'm pretty sure you wouldn't mind,
I hate this just as much as you do,
Do you think this is what I want?
Jobless and broke and yelling at me won't make it better.
I just wish you would realise I hate it,
I don't want this any more than you do,
but yelling is not making it better,
I know you think I'm useless but understand,
I can't help the way I am,
You come in and ask my why I'm crying,

If you ask you shall receive
Yet faith in prayer can oft deceive
For gifts from god may not be earnt
And though you're taught you may not learn
But I have faith in sweat and tears
Not whispered pleas and counted prayers.

Alone
as always
thinking back
to what was
what might have been
and now I see
what was once unseen
Awake
can't sleep
left to dwell in emotions deep
what was reality
soon becomes
a lost fantasy
Sleep, Only to be woken
Run, Only to be caught
Scream, Only to be unheard
Escape to the darkness
Into the unknown
Love
Once experienced
Now gone
What was to be
No longer will
All is lost
In spite of me

As always
Thinking back
To what was
What might have been
But now I see
What once was unseen
Sleep to be woken
Run to be caught
Scream to be unheard
Escape to the darkness
Into the unknown

Someone Just Like YouFelix reached a hand out to clasped his miniature refrigerator handle, jerking it open as he ventured inside to retrieve his beloved juice, pouring the contents of it into his minuscule glass cup. The silence of yet another peaceful morning coursed through him, causing the mini Swede to grin contently as he seated himself and shut his eyes, capturing all the sounds of nothing and everything at once.Someone Just Like You7 months ago in Short Stories More Like This

Going Up"Hold the elevator!" Sam Wesson yelled as he raced through the lobby of his office building. A suit clad arm shot out, halting the doors. "Thanks," Sam said breathlessly, practically falling into the elevator. Sam couldn't figure out what it was about Dean Smith that made it impossible for him to think about anything else. It wasn't just the dreams he'd had involving the two of them killing supernatural baddies, it was something else. Which made no sense to Sam, because not only was Dean a guy, but he was a salad eating corporate douche ba

We pushed them to far. If I live through this, I will never ever bully anyone in my life again.
All I can hear is screaming and guns being shot. Every shot I hear, I wonder if they have killed someone. I wonder if my friends are okay. Oh I hope someone has called the police. Please god, don't let them kill me.
But if they find me they are sure to kill me. I tortured them so much. Every day at schoo

Come here little girl
Your heart is mine
Been trailing you
For quite some time
You've got no friends
You're all alone
A life of violence
You've condoned
But that's alright
That is to say
I'm here for you
Starting today
We'll make a pact
Just you and me
I, Slenderman
And you, Nadine
We'll dot all "I's"
Cross every "T"
Signed with our blood
So take your knife,
Cut into me
Don't be afraid
I mean no harm
I'll be your father
Let's see your arm
Yes, pale as ghosts
Let's make the deal
I know how children make you feel
You want them dead, I'll be your host
Possessing you til' their skins peel
Put faith in me,
And I won'

The gun was set against my temple. My heart was beating quickly, pounding like a caged bird against my ribcage, and I could feel the perspiration rolling down my back and sticking my hair to my neck. Blood was leaking steadily from the wound in my leg, coating my hands as I tried to apply pressure. I looked up into the dark eyes of the boy asking me the question.
I had been so kind to this boy. I'd smiled at him just yesterday and said good morning. He'd nodded and reciprocated the smile. We were practically friends by Columbine standards. I looked to the boy standing beside him and frowned. I was also kind to him.

Cry's words still hung in the air as Felix paced by the door anxiously. A few hours had passed and the miniature Swede had grown impatient, even irritated, waiting for Cry's arrival, to have someone there to play games and watch television with him. Someone to make pancakes and eat with him as they joked about the most ridiculous things that had happened to them in the past.
He was bored.
Felix sighed, finally giving in and leaning against the door frame, the frigid breeze from the hallway creeped in an
