Hello children....Mr Wonka isn't here right now...
But Charlie is........
It has been ten years since Charlie moved into the factory and signed to be the heir to the factory and business. Those years I spent with the Buckets in their run down house in his factory. Things soon changed, for me. I was getting old and yet I wasn't happy at all my passion for chocolate making died away. Now I desire to have Charlie to take my place sooner than later. He sure is growing wonderfully; he is at least twenty years old now. I told him if I'm gone he must reform my identity and keep the factory going. It was sad day when his grandparents died leaving him with his mother and father. I tried to teach him everything and that soon taken its toll on myself. I harbor a deep dark secret I desire more and more. I spent days hidden away in a secre

A medieval structure solitary stood against the howling gale and lashing rain. Raindrops formed rivers meandering down the multi-coloured windows only to fall into giant pools below.
A lone figure trudged through the streets of sector six that had become mud baths. He kept his head low, shielding his perfect features from the rain. His leather trench coat flapped violently in the wind, but he still soldiered on. His destination was unknown, yet he was determined to find something something of value.
The man stopped in the middle of a desolate market place. Stalls had been abandoned so families could take cover of the safety of their homes. The man sighed and observed the area, checking for any unsuspecting danger, only to find none. He gazed disapprovingly at the floor and continued onward toward sector five.
A hooded figure walked towards the altar of the church. She made no sound, no noise a

Once upon a time, there was a young queen of a great nation. She was wise in the ways of her people, and powerful in their magics, but had very little experience, as she had just become queen. Unfortunately, she also had enemies, three very powerful magicians who were attacking her nation. The young queen did everything that she could think of to stop them, but nothing worked. Slowly, they made their way closer to the capitol city. Finally, in desperation, she cried out for help, and the gods of her people took pity on her, and sent her three of her own ancestors to aid her. Each of these three men was gifted with a different power. One could control the water around him. The second could shape fire to his will. The third could change the flow of the wind itself. Working together, they confronted the evil wizards, and managed to destroy them. What nobody knew, though

"Give it up, Henderson," a young soldier with sandy brown hair shook his head as his compatriot continued to poke his head into the empty cupboards of the evacuated buildings.
"Come on, just a few more," the other called back. "They can't have taken everything with them. There's bound to be some food or a bottle around here someplace."
"There probably is," Edwards shot back with a deep sigh, "but it's getting dark and we need to get back to the regiment before the sergeant has us swinging KP duty for the rest of our tour."
"Alright, alright," Henderson shrugged reluctantly as he closed yet another empty cabinet. "Just one more house."
"You look through one more," Edwards shook his head with a small smirk at his friend's tenacity…or maybe it was stupidity, he could never quite decide which. "I'm heading back while I can still see the way."
"Fine, I'll see you back at camp," Henderson called after him as he slipped back into the waning light, "

Chapter One Return of the Golden Pharaoh
Present day May the fifteenth.
Kathrin Alexander, sat in the back of the Royal Ontario Museum looking over the documentations that had just been given to her by her grandfather the curator of the museum, in these documents held information about an exhibit that would be coming in a matter of tomorrow.
She scanned over what would be brought to the museum, and what she read nearly made her heart stop beating.
"I I don't believe it " Kathrin gaped as she went over the article again just to make sure that it wasn't a mistake. A smile soon came to her lips then. "Yes! The rumors are true! Yes! Yes! Yes!" she danced around the table and threw her arms up in the air. "The Golden Prince is returning to the R.O.M!"
The door opened up and an elderly man came in. "Katy, you seem to be in an extremely happy mood."
She stopped dancing instantly. "Oh grandfather, sorry, I just became very surprised over something that I just learned about."
The Green man Final draft part 2They camped that night and the princess asked of the Armoured Man’s beginnings as he stoked the fire to cook the remains of the bear. They did this with the princess’s supplies. They had found the steed quite by chance by a stream as they had looked for camp and the man had grown quite fond of the beast, chattering to him as they travelled. The Green man Final draft part 29 months ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
The Armoured man told them that his own Kingdom had been taken by the Green man and of its people leaving the dying city in great droves.
His love was amongst them, a fair maiden with red hair. They had been parted in their flight but he had been told by others that she and her family had passed through the woods to escape. He had been searching the great forest since. He knew of old stories and the creatures that inhabited the woods. He was not afraid for himself or of the beasts that held court here for he was gifted with a sword but he feared greatly for his beloved.
“Are you a knight sir?” the Princess asked,
The Green Man part.2A day and a night into her journey, the Princess realised she was lost. Her intention was to find the Green man’s court and to demand her father’s life before slaying him in her brother’s name. She would do it with his bow and a knife she had taken from the kitchen. But she had forgotten in her eagerness that no one had ever found the court and had come back to tell of it and if they did, their minds were not capable of telling the tale. The Green Man part.29 months ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Only now did she realise the hollowness of this plan.
She had simply marched through the wood with her brother’s horse in tow hoping to come across it the court of a god. But she could not go back, she could probably never find the kingdom again, she had gone so far in. She had not seen any human life, only that of rabbits and birds, and so could not ask for help. She was on her own.
As such, she began practising with her brother’s bow with Milady’s instruction. As a woman of high court, she had been to
The Green Man part.1There was a time long ago, the mother intones, when the forest god and humans were friends, or at least had an accord. The forest and the men lived side by side in harmony, the humans using the trees for their fires and homes and the humans would repay this by planting them anew each spring. And of course, now and again, a sacrifice to appease the soil. The Green Man part.19 months ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
But time wears at all creatures. Families grew and the need for land and homes and wood for the fire grew along with them. They forgot the accord and hacked at the woods, allowing only stumps to remain, never replanting the trees. They dammed the lakes and flooded heath and began to eat away at the land.
The Kings of that time forgot their promises and as the generations passed, the accord became a fairytale for their children. The recovery of gold and jewels and the happiness of the people helped smooth away the memory of the Kings and their kin.
But Gods, children, they never forget.

Every head in the Great Hall was turned to face the main doors, through which now strode a young-looking witch. She was rather tall, slim, and pale with long, dark brown hair that swayed in time with the hem of her robes as she walked. Her head was held high and she wore a confident expression, as if she expected no less than to have every eye in the room on her. And so it was: everyone watched as she made her way towards the staff table, including a certain stern-looking, greasy-haired wizard.
Professor Severus Snape had never felt more off his guard than he did when Serena Wolfsbane entered the Hall. In fact, she had nearly passed the House tables before Snape was able to completely regain his air of indifference. He was careful not to make eye contact with Serena as she sat in the empty seat next to him. As she did so, Professor Dumbledore announced the commencement of the

"You cannot be serious?" Draco asked incredilously as he eyed the ill-fitting black polo-neck that hung loosely on his frame and the itchy black trousers he had been forced to change into. He felt highly irritable as he glared at his expression. "Do I honestly have to wear this all day long? It itches like crazy!"
Harry gave him a sympathetic look in the mirror. "It's not the best I know but you'll be able to buy your own pair once you've worked a day. Then you won't get heat-rash on your legs"
Draco groaned and knocked his forehead against the staff bathroom mirror, "I loathe heat-rash. I've never been out so much in one Summer before"
Harry cocked a disbelieving eyebrow, "not ever?"
The blond shook his head, "I'm more of a winter person"
Harry rolled his eyes with a smile as Draco turned in a sluggish manner to face him. Harry frowned and reached up to unbutton the top of the four buttons resting beneath the blond boys' throat. At Draco's a

Co-Own My Characters: OPENPLEASE, IF YOU WANT TO BE A CO-OWNER, READ ALL OF THIS. ALL OF IT.Co-Own My Characters: OPEN3 years ago in Editorial More Like This
Seeing as lots of people have already become co-owners, but not many of them have done anything with the characters, you are now required to fill in a form for consideration before you become a co-ownwer!
The form is in the artists comments!
So, I'm adding this as a deviation so that, if you are interested, you can see which characters are open for co-ownership and which ones have been taken.
ALL OF MY CHARACTERS ARE UP FOR CO-OWNERSHIP, excluding only my sonas and characters that were part of trades. All the others are, but please read the regulations (below).
Co-ownership of my characters is a pretty simple idea. Each of my characters will have one co-owner. And you can only co-own one character. (Unless that character has, for example, a pet. Then you get to co-own both the main character, and its pet. Or the main characters and its rider, or if the character has a mate. (If you want to do this y

All the lights in the house are on. She hopes they'll keep the shadows at bay, but they wont do much for the one in her head. He calls himself Fear.
He is terrible, whispering such awful thoughts in her mind, showing her horrible pictures, flashes behind her eyelids. She hates what he shows, she hates what he tells, she hates him.
But she's afraid of Fear. What if he'll never go away?
He holds the key in his greasy, taloned fist, dangling her sanity in front of her, laughing.
She fights every day for that key, and every night she wonders when she'll finally have it safe.
Away from him. She's afraid she'll never get it.
Fear is cruel. He holds her back, telling her she is nothing. He thinks she is nothing, but he is wrong.
She met a boy today. This boy had smiled at her, and Fear was forgotten.
Does forgotten mean gone?

Sitting alone at the kitchen table, the cool September winds were the only thing keeping the young man from breaking into a sweat. His trembling hand ran through his hair, and he felt like he would be sick. Quiet resonated throughout the home, and made him uneasy. He'd grown to expect the worst to erupt out of cool and quiet nights.
"Sam?" A soft voice questioned from the doorway.
With a shawl wrapped around her shoulders, Sam's mother placed a forehead on her son's forehead. "Are you feeling alright?"
"I'm alright. Is it alright if I talk to you?" Sam uttered, almost too quickly to be easily understood. He shuffled in his seat.
"You know that you don't have to ask." With a caress she took his hand out of his mess of hair and gave it a gentle squeeze. A smile sent small wrinkled to hug her mouth, and the reassurance gave him enough strength to speak.
"Remember when I told you about what happened?" He croaked, struggling to look into eyes of hazel.

Was he really listening to those words again? He would have liked them to be part of his imagination, to be caused by the mixture of the anaesthetics and the terrible headache maybe if he didn't answer, the words would go away she would go away maybe she wasn't even there.
"Damian, are you listening to me? You have to give up on this" No, it wasn't his imagination, those words were there, slapping him again as though someone had emptied a bucket full of cold water down his spine.
"Adele " He sighed, looking down at his hands. His left wrist was bandaged, but he could see some bloodstains under the white, thick fabric. The pain hadn't gone away, but now it was just a fuzzy feeling, something he was able to ignore. "I am not going to quit. You know me."

The world around the young man seemed to stop completely as walked down the street, avoiding traffic the best he could before sliding into an alley, seating himself slowly against a wall. Fingers shakily moved across grey newsprint as Sam looked at the photograph that was plastered against the front page of the newspaper. Vera Hays was standing stone-faced beside her fiancé, who had his arms snaked around her waist. Little things in the photograph began to send the gears in Sam's mind working quickly. The woman in the black and white photo seemed younger than the woman that he'd met in the woods, and her hair was tied in a strict bun instead of a flowing ponytail that drifted past her shoulders. The pieces fit that the photo couldn't have been recent, though it didn't say when the photo was taken; the young man found that he could simply tell by a glance.
His eyes scanned the article, an interview with the groom about the joy the couple felt in fixing a century
