In the second tier, I made a cheese omelet and blanched spinach and used egg shapers to make them into cute shapes! :D

Oh, and there is also a container of soy sauce for the spinach.

scoops of chocolate cake mixed with a little frosting made to look like ice cream covered in icing and sprinkles served in ice cream bowls.

I see ice cream cone cupcakes all the time, i have always wanted to make something like them but with my own twist so here you go, my version of the cupcake cones.

---------SPANISH:

Ingredientes:

-Galletas
-Mantequilla
-Una tarrina de queso (tipo philadelphia)
-3 huevos
-3 yogures naturales
-3 cucharadas grandes de harina
-10/12 cucharadas de azucar (segun gustos)
-Mermelada de frambuesa (o cualquier otra fruta) o sirope
-Frambuaesas u otras frutas (opcional)

---------ENGLISH

Ingredients:

- Crackers
- Butter
- One tub of cheese (type philadelphia)
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Natural yogurts
- 3 Tablespoons of large flour
- 10/12 Tablespoons sugar (according to taste)
- Raspberry jam (or any other fruit) or syrup
- Raspberry, or other fruits (optional)

Preheat the over to 200 degrees Celcius.
Crunch crackers into tiny pieces (in a grinder or with a lot of patience with your hands) and mix the crumbled biscuit result with butter in a hot pan, until you get a homogeneous paste, which is meant to cover the base of the mold for the cake. Mix the eggs, flour, the tub of cheese, yogurt and sugar with a mixer until no lumps remain.
Grease the sides of the mold with a little butter to avoid sticking and cast the mixture.
Lower the oven temperature to 170 º, and bake the cake for about 20 or 25 minutes ...
When the cake is cool, you can add fruit and jam as you like.
