Girls and boys, this week at the Line it is Drawn, we celebrate the new movie by mashing-up the X-Men. And I rarely can resist TBBT suggestions (I still think the show is great, even if it seems a lot of my fellow comic folk feel offended by it). So, there you go.
Girls and boys, this week at The Line it is Drawn, Teen Titans team-ups! Someone suggested The Big Bang Theory, so there you go. I'm honoring the original suggestion by having Mayim Bialik holding Lilith's attire, but, honestly, how can you not see her as Raven?
Girls and boys, this week at The Line it is Drawn we pay homage to the resurrected Hostess treats. I haven't tried the new ones, but they tell me they're not like the originals. Enough for me. Someone suggested Hellboy and the gang, so there you go. And yes, I skipped last week due to lots of stuff. Full gallery here: goodcomics.comicbookresources.… Have a nice weekend, folks.
Girls and boys, this week at The Line it is Drawn, we pay our respects to Leonard Nimoy. And I still get choked up when I talk about his passing.
The suggestion read "The X-Women in TOS (The Original Series) style uniforms". I thought it would be more fun giving them outfits from select episodes. And adding the man himself, of course. Should one of you movie-savvy gentlefolks feel the composition familiar, it's because it's based on Robert McGinnis' poster for You Only Live Twice. It seemed logical.
Girls and boys, this week at The Line it is Drawn, we go with Game of Thrones homages. This suggestion came about, and I'm really amused by how Jason Momoa builds his characters by interchanging beards and grades of hair mess. So, there you go. Actually, it said "three-way-fight", but I thought more interesting to visit the exact moment before the fight.
Girls and boys, this week at The Line it is Drawn, due to Age of Ultron, it's Avengers' week! These are the Avengers of the Kree-Skrull war lineup, and that's the Sith Lord, and they face off as probably no one expected...
Girls and boys, this week's theme at The Line it is Drawn was Angry Birds. Now, I've never played the game. My daughter just loves them and most of my friends have been quite addicted to them from time to time, so I acknowledge their significance. I just can't find too much to do with them. So, these are the Fantastic Fowls against Hogtor Doom.
