By Anya Heart

Before the ball, a ceremony will takes place where six young wizards and witches, who had an active role during the war and the downfall of the Death Eaters and their so-called Dark Lord, will each receive an Order of Merlin, First Class.
The eight wizards and witches are the following:

-Ronald Weasley: For helping Harry Potter in his quest and by his personal fight during the last battle and defeating well-know dangerous Death Eaters like Rodolphus Lestrange and Antonin Dolohov.
-Hermione Granger: For helping Harry Potter in his quest and for using her incred

His name was accompanied by a raucous laugh Albus knew well to be James. He whipped around and saw his brother running towards him, Rose and Victoire in tow.
Albus smiled to see his cousin Victoire; she was probably the prettiest person hed ever seen, even prettier than her mother. She had long, almost waist-length strawberry blond hair and eternally rosy cheeks. She had a Ravenclaw scarf wrapped tightly about her neck.
Rose had one hand on her hip and exploded, How could you be hanging out with a Malfoy? Have you gone insane?
I think your fathers brainwashing has gone too far, Rosie. Albus looked solemn. And not too loud hes not too far ahead of us.
James chuckled. Well, little bro, I dont care who you hang out with personally, but keep an eye out for those thestrals. I cant be seen with first years so I cant stick around and beat them off for you. Albus

The feast finished with much moaning and belly-rubbing as the tired students staggered off to bed. Albus could hear his cousin, Victoire, at the Ravenclaw table, ushering first years to their prefects and lining them up so they wouldnt get lost. She was Head Girl, of course, as was to be expected of perfect Victoire. He thought about what James had said, about seeing Teddy snogging Victoire. It would be nice if Teddy could finally join their family for real! He smiled as he and Rose stood, stretching their cramped legs and looking around for where the cry of, First years, over here! had come.
A sandy-haired, fifth year girl smiled at them as they made their tentative approach. Is that all of you? she asked, scanning over them with an eagle-eye. She seemed satisfied because she said, Follow us, motioning to the dark-haired boy beside her and they led the way out of the Great Hall.
The Entrance Hall wasnt a

Some say that letting go is the only way to move forward. Others say that those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it. So, which is it? Am I supposed to let it all go or remember? I just want to be able to move on with my life and not worry about Voldemort or Death Eaters. I want to just live a simple life of books. After Harry and Ginny's wedding, I thought I would feel better about everything. I thought that seeing them get married would help me realize that the war is over and I could finally live again. However, I don't feel better at all. After I finished school I became a healer at St. Mungo's. I thought that the best thing for me to do was to help as many people as I could. Recently I've realized, as selfish as it may sound, that I cannot completely help others without first helping myself. I need to heal myself emotionally and spending the entire day around sick and injured people was not going to help me do that. So, I quit
NaturalThe gaggle of giggling school girls never ceased to provide both annoyance and amusement to Viktor Krum. As many times as he would kindly ask for them to please give him a moment of peace, they would find his brushing off all the more alluring. They murmured among themselves that it gave him the romantic character of a loner. Hearing that made Krum have to swallow a chuckle. How could a team player like him be that way? There did come times, however, when he wished he was that self-absorbed. It would make it easier to deal with the loneliness. It was hard to find real friends when someone could make a few quick Sickles by publishing secrets of his private life in the tabloids.Natural4 years ago in Romance More Like This
Sunlight poured down on the courtyard he was making his way across, brightly shining on the frost-covered grass, and casting spindly shadows on the ground from the trees' bare branches. The air was chilly, but not enough to bite, rather it was refreshing. As such, several students populated the area. A spot of ho

Tonight was the night of the annual Halloween ball held at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. All of the students had been looking forward to this night since before the school year even began. They had carefully selected the costumes they wanted to wear for the occasion. The only requirement for the ball was that everyone had to be masked. Some of the students wanted to go the extra mile and use glamor charms on themselves so they wouldn't be easily recognized.
That's exactly what he did that night. As he looked into the mirror in his room, Draco Malfoy charmed his usually blonde hair to be a dark, chocolate brown. He almost didn't recognize himself. He had chosen to wear a 'Phantom of the Opera' inspired costume.
After Voldemort was defeated by Harry Potter and his father was locked away in Azkaban, Draco and his mother finally got to enjoy life. One day, they had decided to journey into muggle London and a whole new world was opened up to Draco. Watching

Lily always cried.
As hard as she tried not to, seeing the looks on the faces of her parents, teachers, friends, was too much for her poor heart to handle. Lily never cried. Not when a bludger broke her arm, not when Collin Finnigan dumped her for Bianca Spinnet, not even when Crookshanks ate her beloved pygmy puff, Stella. But on this one night of the year, those hot, treacherous tears came spilling out.
It made her feel weak.
It was early in the morning-so early that even the paintings were asleep-when Lily snuck out of the Gryffindor common room, broom in hand. The quidditch pitch called to her, empty and tempting. She dashed out the front door, down the sloping hill, until she reached the long stretch of grass, and even longer stretch of s
The Proposal's'The first time that Draco Malfoy attempted to propose, he planned it well in advance, getting tickets to see my favorite band. He expected me to come home at the normal time only to be disappointed as the seconds ticked by. When I showed up back at the apartment, it was an hour after the concert was supposed to have started, exhausted and wanting nothing more than to go to sleep and not move for the next century, and so he surreptitiously hid the tickets, and then tucked me into bed, gently. The Proposal's'6 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
The second time Draco Malfoy tried to propose, he snuck out of bed in the early morning hours to write the all important words in giant glowing chalk. As he collapsed back into bed, he fell instantly asleep, not to move until at half past six when there was the sound of thunder and a downpour of rain as the heavens split, washing his message away instantly. He sat bolt upright at the sound and leaped to the window sill, staring in horror as the words melted away. I made a soft grumbling

Ron and Harry had fled the compartment when she had triumphantly shown them the title of first chapter in her book: Don't Think You Will Get Anywhere Without Studying. She looked up from her book and watched the scene in front of her. Fred, George and Lee were poring over some sort of list. The couch was strewn with sweets. George and Fred pointed to one piece after another giving short murmered comments, after which Lee would pick it up and examine it closely. He made a few remarks in a doubtful voice, but most of the time he nodded approvingly.Weasley's Wizard Wheezes9 years ago in General Fiction More Like This

I've been made Head Girl! How are you and Ron by the way? But guess who's been made Head Boy! Draco Malfoy!! Are they delusional or something? I think you or Ron should have been made Head Boy, anyway, me and Draco have to share a separate common room to discuss things we could improve in the school, so I'm not going to be able to spend much time with you guys! Still, never mind! When are you going to Diagon Alley? I'm going tomorrow. Answer soon, thanks!

Scorose: Really Quite Stunning...Scorpius sipped on the punch as he let his eyes wander over the dancers at the Ball. His own date had gone to her room half an hour ago telling him she was sick. By the pale look on her face, he believed her. It was either she was sick or she had been frightened of the ghosts who had decided to swoop in for a peek at how the dance was going. He shook his head and stood, setting his punch down on the table before wandering around the edge of the dance floor. He had long ago draped his tux jacket and tie on a random chair, but he didn't want to carry them around for the remainder of his time. He'd get it later. Not that he thought he would be staying very late anyway. His eyes caught on the door to the small gardens outside. With a shrug, he made his way towards it, figuring he may as well see what the Yule committee had done with the place.

Over the winter break, she had gotten almost snow-blond hair that matched her pale skin. And I suspected a nose job and a few other operations. She now looked like a model.
I looked back to Draco, who had let his hair grow so that it was in modern muggle style. It wasnt new to me. We had been dating off and on for the last year. The summer had been difficult, but at least his father was in Azkaban and I prayed couldn't hurt my parents. I shook my head. Draco was Malfoy again. It was gunna stay that way. We could never be together again, no matter how much I loved him. Our parents hated each other. It was never gunna happen.

Al desperately wished he held some of the confidence that only moments before had been teeming in him. But the little boat in the lake seemed miles away now.
No one had spoken much during the rest of the trip to the castle, other than the occasionally excited whisper. He has grown VERY fond of you" He emphasized, passing Tauriel by, like she was nothing, his robes flowing as he helped himself to a glass of elven wine. Tauriel received the news with shock and was quick to improve the silence, so her King didn't get the wrong idea, "I assure you m'Lord, Legolas thinks of me as no more than a captain and a guard" Obviously, he was sensing certain mood in her. He went on; "Perhaps he did once. Now I am not so sure" his tone was implying something else, making her feel like a prisoner of his sick assumptions. The psychological burden he laid on her shoulders was too heavy to bear,

Harry had just finished removing the embarrassing decorations he knew were all Dobby's doing when the door creaked open behind him. The room of requirement had been kept a secret so far, but that didn't prevent Harry from being slightly jumpy about who entered, especially when they entered when he wasn't expecting anyone just yet. He turned around quickly, but his moment of being startled instantly dissipated with the entrance of Luna Lovegood, looking dreamy as always.
Harry smiled her way. His awareness of this came only a second later and then he was thankful she was too busy looking round the room to notice.

"No." Harry replied quick to have a normal conversation with Luna, it was a rare occurrence after all. "It was Dobby the house-elf."

Now, as she and Lupin sat silently across from each other in the kitchen of number 12, Grimmauld Place, she felt almost angry with him. She hated how he thought so stubbornly that he wasn't good enough for her. He was so kind, and the past months of him ignoring her had been agony. She couldn't remember ever being so unhappy before.
