By Anya Heart
This July 31th, day of the eighteenth birthday of Harry James Potter, will takes place a ball at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to commemorate the victory of the Chosen One against the Dark Wizard know as Lord Voldemort.
Before the ball, a ceremony will takes place where six young wizards and witches, who had an active role during the war and the downfall of the Death Eaters and their so-called Dark Lord, will each receive an Order of Merlin, First Class.
The eight wizards and witches are the following:
-Harry James Potter: For continuing the fight without losing one once of hope and for putting an end to the war by defeating Voldemort

Draco was bored. After listening to the dimwitted bickering of Crabbe and Goyle all morning, he considered turning them into something spineless and slimy in order to silence them. They were great for backup in a confrontation, but as conversationalists they left much to be desired. Rather than hex them, he yelled at them to bugger off for the afternoon and stalked off to be alone. Hogwarts was rife with places for solitary reflection, but today most of the prime spots were taken, largely due to the dreadful pouring rain outside.
The dungeon was even darker and gloomier than usual and Draco was already in a bad mood, so he took to the ever-changing stairs and headed for higher climes. A half hour of aimless wandering led him to a long, deserted corridor lined with huge gothic windows. He peered out of one and discovered a marvelous view of the lake, or it would have been if he could have seen more than a quarter of it due to the misty rain. Water poured

His name was accompanied by a raucous laugh Albus knew well to be James. He whipped around and saw his brother running towards him, Rose and Victoire in tow.
Albus smiled to see his cousin Victoire; she was probably the prettiest person hed ever seen, even prettier than her mother. She had long, almost waist-length strawberry blond hair and eternally rosy cheeks. She had a Ravenclaw scarf wrapped tightly about her neck.
Rose had one hand on her hip and exploded, How could you be hanging out with a Malfoy? Have you gone insane?
I think your fathers brainwashing has gone too far, Rosie. Albus looked solemn. And not too loud hes not too far ahead of us.
James chuckled. Well, little bro, I dont care who you hang out with personally, but keep an eye out for those thestrals. I cant be seen with first years so I cant stick around and beat them off for you. Albus
Do you like Quiditch? Part 1 RosexScorpiusRose and Albus pushed their way through the crowd to find an open compartment. Rose reached forward and grabbed Albus's arm. "Let's stay together, or the Dementors that James told us about could get us." He nodded, shaggy black hair flopping quickly as they continued their search. As they reached the end car of the train they found an empty compartment. Quickly they pushed themselves and their trunks into room and shut the door.Do you like Quiditch? They started to try and shove their bags into the luggage compartment above the seats but found that they were both too short. "Makes you wish we had James huh?" Albus asked as they shoved their trunks onto the opposite seat before flopping down on the other bench.
"No, James would just tell us stories that would make us do something really embarrassing. I guess we could always shove him out for the dementors to catch." The redheaded girl replied to her cousin, both nodded in agreement. Silently they watched as the countryside zoomed by out of the window, think

Ron and Harry had fled the compartment when she had triumphantly shown them the title of first chapter in her book: Don't Think You Will Get Anywhere Without Studying. She looked up from her book and watched the scene in front of her. Fred, George and Lee were poring over some sort of list. The couch was strewn with sweets. George and Fred pointed to one piece after another giving short murmered comments, after which Lee would pick it up and examine it closely. "Well... You have to do something to make your time at school worth your while," said Fred.
"Hey! Do you want one?" George offered.

Setting: At a banquet for the Hogwarts students and their parents at a fancy, wizard-run restaraunt. The Wealseys and Malfoys are stuck together at the same table.
Scorpius almost wished she hadn't sat directly next to him. It was so hard to keep his hands still on the table, to keep his eyes on his menu. He could feel her fingers brush against his thigh, gooseflesh appearing where ever she touched him. It was so very hard not to look at her, not to smirk at her, or lean over to whisper some secret thought in her ear. He'd gotten so used to grabbing her around the waist anytime he wanted at Hogwarts, whirling her around and kissing her full on the mouth in front of everyone. Now he couldn't even acknowledge her presence without risking the wrath of his father or hers.
They hadn't even ordered yet and the frustration was killing him. He hadn't seen her all summer and he was dying to
Rose and Scorpius DateI fidgeted nervously- waiting just outside the Hogwarts grounds- for Scorpius. I was November, and a thin layer of snow covered the ground. Perfect weather for a trip to Hogsmead, I also thought it was wonderful weather for a first date, but that didn't calm my nerves.Rose and Scorpius Date5 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
Scorpius and I had been going out for almost three weeks now, but I still hadn't gotten used to my amazing good fortune of having Scorpius as a boyfriend.
I was drawn out of my thoughts when I spotted Scorpius, amongst those still exiting the gates, eager to escape school for a day. Scorpius saw me a moment later and rushed over, sweeping me off my feet and kissing me passionately.
'Hey babe, hope you weren't waiting long?' He asked putting me down. I blushed when I noticed some nearby students pointing and giggling.
'No, not long,'
'Good. Well let's head off!' And he started walking.
I hurried to catch up. Drawing up to Scorpius, I looked at his hand, wanting to hold it, but unsure if Scorpius- one of the coolest guys i
Dramione: Falling In Love At A Coffee ShopEvery Friday morning, Hermione Granger would stop at the local muggle coffee shop before heading off to her job at the ministry. It was a ritual of hers. She would go in, get her usual, strong black coffee with just a touch of cream, and then she'd sit in the overstuffed armchair in the corner and read. She'd arrive at the coffee shop around 8 o'clock and stay for about an hour, at which time she'd find a nice empty alley to apparate to the Ministry in. Every Friday like clockwork this occurred.Dramione: Falling In Love At A Coffee Shop3 years ago in Romance More Like This
However, Hermione wasn't the only ministry employee that enjoyed that particular coffee shop. Draco Malfoy, who worked with Hermione in the Department of International Magical Cooperation, also visited that coffee shop on a regular basis. He usually sat in the overstuffed armchair near hers. At first, he had done this just to annoy her. But then gradually they started having civil conversations with each other on occasion. Civil lead to friendly, sometimes even flirtatious.
A Bushaired Mudblood CH5"Oh very funny," Hermione said protecting Harry. It was hard to do when Harry was being so stubborn. It was hard being friends with two people who were in the outs with each other. "Really witty."A Bushaired Mudblood CH58 years ago in General More Like This
"Want one, Grange?" Draco said holding out one of those horrid badges to Hermione. "I've go loads. But don't touch my hand, now. I've just washed it, you see; don't want a mudblood slimming it up.
Hermione's heart practically broke as she heard this. Harry whipped out his wand.
"Harry!" Hermione warned. Hermione looked between her best mate and the guy she wanted to be nice to her. She didn't here any of what they said but silently debated if she should walk away because she did not want anything to do with this. As she started to move she was vaguely aware that Draco and Harry had shouted spells. She saw Draco's deflect off of Harry's and hit her square in the face.
Ron was the first to react to find out what had happened to Hermione. Harry and Draco just stood there. When Snap

It was a quiet, sunny day at Hogwarts, just before exams. The hallways were thick with nervous tension as the students shuffled quickly from their last class to their Common Rooms to study.
Suddenly, the silent tension was broken with what sounded vaguely like a war cry.
"OUT OF MY WAY!" shouted a boy's voice, and the students pressed themselves against the walls.
Many eyes narrowed and widened, and quite a few jaws dropped open. For through the path ran a black-haired boy with a girl upon his back, her bushy brown hair flying behind.
The girl was slightly pink in the face, but still laughed and yelled, "Onwards!"
The boy neighed and they soon passed, leaving the halls silent with awe.
Colin Creevey began to clap vigorously. Slowly, and with a touch of uncertainty, the others joined in. They all had the same question in mind:
Did Harry Potter (the Chosen One?!) just run down the halls with Hermione Granger upon his back?
"Yeah, Chosen One!" George an

This is my first story, and I'm very excited about it, so hope that you guys will enjoy it, and that you won't be too harsh, since English isn't my native language, and there might be some grammatical errors... in that case, sue my English tearcher!
I have already posted the 3 first chapters on www.harrypotterfanficion.com, under the name Crazy_dane, but I thought that I'd give it a shot on this page.

The Proposal"s"The first time that Draco Malfoy attempted to propose, he planned it well in advance, getting tickets to see my favorite band. He expected me to come home at the normal time only to be disappointed as the seconds ticked by. When I showed up back at the apartment, it was an hour after the concert was supposed to have started, exhausted and wanting nothing more than to go to sleep and not move for the next century, and so he surreptitiously hid the tickets, and then tucked me into bed, gently. The Proposal"s"6 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
The second time Draco Malfoy tried to propose, he snuck out of bed in the early morning hours to write the all important words in giant glowing chalk. As he collapsed back into bed, he fell instantly asleep, not to move until at half past six when there was the sound of thunder and a downpour of rain as the heavens split, washing his message away instantly. He sat bolt upright at the sound and leaped to the window sill, staring in horror as the words melted away. I made a soft grumbling

Scorose: Really Quite Stunning...Scorpius sipped on the punch as he let his eyes wander over the dancers at the Ball. His own date had gone to her room half an hour ago telling him she was sick. By the pale look on her face, he believed her. It was either she was sick or she had been frightened of the ghosts who had decided to swoop in for a peek at how the dance was going. He shook his head and stood, setting his punch down on the table before wandering around the edge of the dance floor. He had long ago draped his tux jacket and tie on a random chair, but he didn't want to carry them around for the remainder of his time. He'd get it later. Not that he thought he would be staying very late anyway. His eyes caught on the door to the small gardens outside. With a shrug, he made his way towards it, figuring he may as well see what the Yule committee had done with the place.
Draco confessesA teenage girl walked from the from the library, books held close to her chest, her bushy hair down in thought. After being in the library, Hermione Granger always liked to remember and contemplate all that she had researched. A cool swish of robes passed Hermione as she walked down a stone passage, indicating someone had passed her in a hurry. She heard soft voices behind her, and then steps coming towards her.Draco confesses8 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
"Hermione!' someone called out. The voice had a familiar drawl to it, and Hermione dreaded who it really was. Slowly, she turned around and found that Draco Malfoy was standing in the passage, calling to her. His white-blond hair was slicked back, making his grey eyes prominent under his light eyebrows. Hermione's hand dove into her robes on instinct, but then realised that there was something different about the boy. It was not because he was not flanked by his cronies, Crabbe and Goyle. Or that his wand was still in his pocket. Or even the fact that he did not call her Mubloo

It was late the next morning when Rose awoke from her sleepy state. She hadnt slept well at all that night, because she was very apprehensive that Andrew might return to the common room. It worried her that he had gotten into the castle so easily, without anyone noticing him. But the strangest part was that he had known the password to get into Gryffindor common room. Did he have someone working for him inside the tower, at this very moment? Rose shrugged off these thoughts and slouched off to the bathrooms so she could take a shower. Twenty minutes later, she returned to her room, fully dressed and clean. She was surprised to see Arianna sitting on her bed, talking to Roxy. Hey Ari, shouldnt you be in your room? Rose inquired as she towel dried her hair. Hello Rose, and yes I should but we were just discussing last night Arianna replied. Roxy picked up where she had left off. About how weird it was that

The warmth of his hug, the way his hair was slightly wavy at the end and the way his blue eyes pierced hers whenever he looked at her. Unfortunately, before she could continue these thoughts, one of her room mates, Roxy, was waking up. Morning Rose. She said, bleary eyed. Hullo Roxy, do you know what we have first this morning? Roxy managed to open her eyes. No freaking clue. Dont forget, we dont get our schedules until breakfast. Rose nodded, remembering that fact. She finished putting on her shoes, and rushed downstairs. As she arrived at the portrait hole which leads out into the hall, she bumped into Scorpius friend. He looked down at her. Hey, I dont think I caught your name yesterday. Im Andrew. "Hermione, help!" a high strung female voice broke the silence that formerly reigned in the room. Hermione Granger, seventh year student and Head Girl at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, looked up from her Charms notes to see her good friend Ginny Weasley looking positively frantic.
"What is it, Gin? Did you forget about a Potions quiz again?"
"No, I- can we talk in private?" the younger girl's eyes were wild and wide.
"Just close the door," Hermione set her notes aside and made space next to her on the bed, "Now, what are you so upset about?"
"Well, you know how the End of Term Ball for the 7th years is coming up in about a month, right?"
"Yes…wait, who asked you?"
