Memories of the PastMemories of the Past
Do you remember the blue summer sky?
Free of clouds and full of dreams
Our lives were so wonderful
All day long together with friends free of all worries
Do you remember the bikes that we used to ride?
I remember riding till the very end of the sunlight
All those times we fall and then got back up again
I remember all of it all the fun that was to be together
Do you remember the nights?
Nights full of games of hide and seek
And the fireflies were the only thing that shined in the dark
Also the sound of the crickets that echoes till the dawn
I remember all of that with sorrow in my heart
The way we were young and carefree
All of those memories now rest in our heads or in pictures
But I shall never forget about them
Nor will you forget about our time of joy
You remember it right?
The time when we were kids of the province
When we didn't have all those shiny technology
When we used sticks as a sort of fun
And to tell you the truth it was more fun back then than now
Eyes on mePeople are watching every move that I make.Eyes on me3 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
I must blindly obey for much is at stake.
Watched and controlled like a puppet on strings.
Of course, they don't know how it hurts and it stings.
Everyone's eyes are directed at me.
Just like a show for everyone to see.
Watched with pre-caution and told to be "good".
They say it's because I should act like I should.
I play the act, my part, take my place
And get ready for the crowd that I know I must face.
Some cheer, some scorn, some shed bitter tears.
But they'll never know my secret fears.
I don't know why this thing has to be.
But all I know is that their eyes are on me.

Tell me, how could you extort the life out of those shiny, brown eyes?!
I'm vividly smiling as he slowly dies
Tell me, didn't you fell a thing while giving the poisonous kiss?
I feel every beating of his heart as we are immersing in the bliss
A soul collector, destroyer of the mind,
I'm about to extinguish his light, to leave him lost and blind
I'll encage his ripped soul,
Just after he'll lose the self-control
Don't drag another soul into your disgrace,
Just one more blanked face
Don't kill again with your breath-taking embrace,
I promise, just one more one more stolen core
You know you shouldn't, but your claws are digging already in his chest,
I'm spilling his blood, the flesh I wrest
Don't collect this soul, not this time,
I must capture his soul before he captures mine,
I promise, just

Fight for our DreamsFight for our DreamsFight for our Dreams3 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
All our dreams are at stake.
The world stands against them.
It tries to take them away from us.
It tries to take our only free world and destroy it.
The hate of people is what drives us to imagine and dream.
And in that world we are free to live as we want.
Our imagination is the only limit to what we can achieve there.
But regardless of how we protect it the people want to destroy it.
They want to take away our precious and bound it into darkness.
They want to see us suffer and on our knees.
All of that is because they lack the imagination of kids.
Those in control desire our failure so they can devour our crushed souls.
But we must stand and fight.
Rise from the ground and take a step forward.
We have to spread our wings and fly away from the evil.
But if we do that they will hunt us down on by one.
Together we are stronger than them.
Our tools of fighting are our imagination.
We can fight and we will win against them.
No matter how many they are they will lose.

Oh the never ending rain. The clouds so gloomy and depressing and the world is just stopped at bay. The gray clouds consume the skies while the mists surround all that exist. The sunshine never touches the pale faces of the people. Their heads are down, their umbrellas are spread and the rain, the rain won't stop falling from the angry heavens. The world is running on slow motion and heading towards upcoming end. No passion in the movements, no life the breath of the stereotypical nature of humans and no fire burns in their eyes. It seems like the world is stopped in one place and it won't move any further than this. And the day, the day itself was like a drop of rain falling in infinity so slow that it never can or will reach the depths of end!
All the voices are shut and there is no sign of redemption. A sad violin plays under the cold shower of November's rain. Clouds and shade cover the forest of age unknown and old they are that no man knows how old they are. The leafs f

Upon the cemetery of a room.
Deep sighs weave through the air,
Meager warmth in compressed despair.
Moths fall prey to a musty lampshade,
An opened window to Night’s gloom.
Thoughts dance like ripples on water,
And clouds on the hiding moon.
A lullaby plays from the gentle sound,
Made by scratching pen on paper.
One story told too many times,
Is voiced from words created.
Though this time revived from lies,
A phoenix forms the ugly truth.
The pen rolls from the wooden desk,
Having served its final use.
Old dusty dolls and teddy bears,
Watched helplessly through glassy eyes.
No star showed to twinkle hope,
Not one ray from the busy moon.
On the clock’s tick, a rope was hanging.
On the clock’s tock, a form was thrashing.
A tired, hoarse throat gasps for life,
Cut abruptly by the Reaper’s scythe.

Kept in secret of oblivion
Seeing what isn't real
The mask of contentment

Everything captured inside
Begging to escape

Your eyes being the gate
The weight bares down
Like an anchor at the bottom of the sea
You wait there patiently

To be marked with fingers again at last
Fake SmileWhat is a smile?Fake Smile3 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
The first thing many people would say is that it represents happiness.
But what if I told you it was the complete opposite.
How am I suppose to expect others to accept me if I can't even accept myself?
I struggle every day trying to hide all my flaws.
But it's only natural for everyone to have some.
The only thing I can do to make myself look better in the face of others is to smile.
What is this feeling burning deeply within my heart?
Is it jealousy, hate, sorrow, despair or all of them combined?
I feel like my soul is chained away somewhere, struggling to brake free.
And I can't seem to find happiness in my life.
I try to hide it with a smile, but only I know that it's not real.
What do I do if I have no hope for the future?
Everything I've ever believed in turned out to be a lie.
What's stopping me from going crazy?
All I can do is get my composure back and put my game face on.
My face cannot show any emotion,
So I shall smile once again and again, and again and the

Well look, she awakes, from her slumber so sweet.
How are you feeling? How did you sleep?
Oh Mummy, dear Mummy, why do you cry?
Is it because of this knife? This one in your side?
Does it hurt when I twist it? When I move it slow?
How about when I force it as deep as it'll go?
Now, now, be still. Please try not to scream
Or those stitches will tear and your lips will bleed.
Now Mummy, I must go, I have guests on the way.
Don't worry, I'll be back. We have more games to play.
They say I have your eyes, "so deep and so blue;
A vision of beauty, honesty and virtue",
Oh how naive they are, how simple, how vain.
Your eyes of 'innocence' are now eyes of pain.
But why can't they be mine? Why must we share?
Who says these eyes are yours alone to bear?
No matter, I can fix that. All I need are these scissors
and those betraying orbs will no longer be with us.
They say the eyes are the window to the soul,
But Mummy, dear Mummy, where is your soul?
So two days have gone by, yet

You gave all you knew,
To save your dying sun.
You are now lost in a fiery fade.
You surrender to a wretched wreck,
So that worlds would be whole.
As flesh was ripped from your body,
You cried out for nothing.
The snake at you,
Snapping with fearful vengeance.
Beauty was taken.
Scars were left.
The hymns of the dead,
Flowed from your soft voice,
And filled your silent mind.
Steel and flesh met as one,
When you died on the last day.
You never were able,
To reap what you sowed.

That you drink up
Through a colorful, swirly straw
Spinning lies, that bring delight
Not hurt or hunger
That bring sanctuary
But the truth, it brings controversy
Conflict and pain
The truth inspires lies
Lies that try, try with all their might
To change what really is
To change a nightmare
Into a serene fantasy world
Words wield the power to inspire
Tears blotting the page
Laughter ripping through the silence
They inspire bodies to fight against their chains
And hands to crack the windows of restriction
Opening their minds to a new world
Of truth, or lies
Where life is represented in a different way
Where they travel through lands of intrigue and disaster
Watching innocent lives finish
And sinful souls spared
At a simple command
